I would like to thank several employees at WOW for helping me meet my goalsthis year. My girlfriend talked me in to joining WOW over a year ago and thedual membership program is awesome and so affordable. In Jan this year Isigned up for the Biggest Loser program to get in with a group of people towork out with. Victoria Dolly Fonseth was our team leader and she measuredme in at 18.3% body fat. She brought so much energy, motivation andinspiration to our group workouts and had all of us excited to work outevery day. I finished that program and started personal training with ChrisKramer. She kept the motivation going for me and got my body fat down to13.3% by May, 2013. While training with her I was attending Kim Mcmurren'sboot camp class twice a week and she is a lady knows how to kick your buttin a workout! She has more energy and motivation than I have ever had and Iswear in that one hour you burn enough calories to last a week! The gals atthe front desk are always so friendly to me and Reece, Tammy and Jeremy havealways helped me with concerns and questions along the way. Thank you WOWfor being wow in my book.Leslie J.

Well, the Gym is Just total zoo, The basketball court needs to be put somewhere else.. While 6 people take up the center mass of the gym shooting hoops, 300 people get jammed into the corners with weights and and treadmills that are practically on top of each-other. Staff is nice enough.. The family funplex is just as nice and alot cheaper and has the little "drying things" for your shorts after swimming in their nice pools. Wow's classes are good. Just make sure your not doing something els while there going, cause they take up the whole gym , again shoving you into the corner. They do have everything you would need and enough of them. The staff is great.

I have been a member of Work Out West for approximately a year. I have found the work out machines and equipment to be awesome. They have several different group exercise classes that are taught by friendly trainers and instructors. I have used a personal trainer from WOW and I am very pleased with her. I will definitely continue to be a member.

I joined work out west in anticipation of my upcoming wedding that I had in July 2013. My husband and I joined together and found WOW very affordable. What I've experienced there has been nothing short of fantastic. I've had the opportunity to work with personal trainers, take advantage of the many classes offered and have participated in two of their "Biggest Loser" competitions. The staff at WOW has always been warm, welcoming and willing to help. Thank you WOW for making fitness an easy choice!

I love that they offer so many classes free with your membership I love the Boot Camp Classes and Synergy. I just took the biggest looser challenge and then 12 days till Christmas with Dolly "one of their personal trainers" and I lost 20 pounds !!!!!!!!I love that if you have a question the trainers are happy to help you and answer questions. The other gyms Ive gone too wont help you with anything unless you pay for personal training.I love the program and the energy of Work Out West there always coming up with new classes their open to suggestions its always clean and event though its a popular place you can always find somewhere to work out.I have been a member at Work Out West since 2007 I absolutely love it there. A nice Big Facility with Several Area's with Cardio Equipment, Free Weights,Weight Machines, Swimming, Tennis, Basketball, Racquetball & a nice Indoor Track. I used to go the Conditioning Spa but Work Out West is so much better and larger. They were honest and open about their contract, good prices for the value of what you get !

Work Out West is definitely the best gym in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have taken advantage of the personal training staff and group training programs and have received a high level of support and great workouts. I joined the Biggest Loser competition the Fall and lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks. The encouragement from my personal trainer and diverse workouts in the programs helped me to get much closer to my fitness goals. There is a wide variety of equipment and a great group activity schedule for continuing to work out on my own. There is onsite child care available for a small cost, the staff is great with the kids and my 2 year old looks forward to going to the gym (which is great for Mom)!

I have been a member here for 2 years and have loved it. I have used their personal training services for 18 months and with my trainer's help, I have lost 60 pounds. I actively take their classes, and enjoy all of them. The teachers really want to help you meet your goals, are always encouraging and answer any questions. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and I love that the front desk staff keeps your keys while you work out! They are great! :)

yeah, its a nice gym but don't try to ever quit. My husband and I were both charged membership even though I've never been in or signed anything. We quit a few months ago after talking to staff and they said it wasn't a problem. However, they conveniently forgot to give us some paperwork and continued charging us. No calls or mail until a few months later and we have a surprise bill for over $200! Now they won't let us fill out the paperwork to quit officially unless we pay these charges!

Great experience doing spin classes. Mark is great even if he is from Manchester. I have done spin classes in probably a dozen different places from Albuquerque to Boulder to Ft. Collins to Laramie and this one ranks right up there with the best. Great job!

Avoid WOW at all costs (literally). This gym team is unprofessional, lacks leadership and does not believe honoring its word is important- rather they fail to call you back and hide behind a contract they mislead/lied to you about, in order to get you to sign. Now let me be clear about what has happened so you can understand why as of July 1st I will file a claim in Weld County Small Claims Court against them. When my wife and I went to meet with the WOW salesperson we specifically asked her what would happen should we be transferred with my job in anticipation of a new job. We were told very clearly by Sady that if we were transferred more than 30 miles away from WOW our contract would be canceled upon proof of this.In August I accepted an offer for a position in Aurora, and we immediately faxed over and confirmed receipt, and the next time that my wife had an opportunity she actually also dropped the same documents off. We were told everything would be taken care of. Fast forward to two weeks ago when I received a call from Professional Finance Corp attempting to collect over $500 from me for the "balance of my WOW contract plus interest." SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!I immediately called WOW and got the General Managers Voice Mail Tammy Forbes. I told her very clearly what was wrong, and asked for a call back. My wife also called the same day. We were very clearly told she was in the gym that day. We received NO CALL BACKS. I again called on June 8th at 10:43 and left another message telling her if I did not hear back from her by the end of the day that I would report to the BBB. Again, and still no CALL BACK!(Q) What kind of a business is this you may ask?(A) One you should be very careful about doing business with! I was shocked and upset that I had not checked the BBB before signing anything with them. Their rating is "F" for (FAIL). They have had 4 complaints in the last twelve months prior to mine, all of which have not been responded to. Really, how can you run a business like this in this economy and believe it won't eventually come back around to bite you. Perhaps it is no mistake that two other gym's have recently opened in Greeley. Maybe Greeley will eventually get a gym that can compete nationally and put this joint out of business! BUYER BEWARE! I will take this to Small Claims Court just as I have said I will. She may believe that ignoring her clients is the best way to get them to 'go away' but she does not know where I stand on this! On principle alone, I will fight this until it is resolved and my false collections account resolved and a letter received from WOW is sent to me stating this.I will update this posting to continue to share what happens from here so you can all be aware of the latest.Again- BUYER BEWARE!
