Can’t wait for the new location

Nice facilities, plenty of equipment, and great atmosphere. Staff is super helpful and keeps the place clean.I feel like it gets cramped along the wall and workout machines to the locker room. It's hard for two people to pass while trying to social distance. This is/was more of a surprise not a complaint.

New location gonna be awesome

The staff said my membership was not activated properly but was unable to fix it on there end. It was weird because I had been attending the West Bend Planet Fitness for a few months prior to visiting this location. They still let me stay but said I had to fix it on my "home site" in west bend. The West Bend location had no idea what they were talking about so I am unsure on that. Also i did a hydro massage and while this is the 3rd location I used this feature at (i love the hydro massages) it was a little awkward to do it in a room with no door. Kind of made if less private and a little awkward laying in a bed for people to see.Other than that, it was a clean location with lots of options for members.

The welcome desk staff is very friendly, the facilities are nice, and the price is reasonable. However, actually getting connected with a Trainer to get some guidance and support to start-up a workout program was difficult. After 3 weeks (including calling to cancel with plenty of advance notice and a 10 Day Lead time to have rescheduled), I showed up for what was supposed to be an Introductory Session, and was told by the Trainer that they "forgot" to put together a simple plan that I could follow on my own with the Circuit/Carido Equipment. Although they were slightly apologetic, the rationale that "it was so busy with all the New Year's Resolutions people" (I initially joined started making plans to work with a PF Trainer on Dec. 12, and finally returned Jan. 9th) and and the suggestion that "if you really wanted to workout today, the machines have pre-programmed settings, so I guess you could do that" was, to say the least highly disappointing. As was the dismissive attitude and the lack of options (one afternoon a week) to do a meeting. Also, the Parking Lot is a Cluster when it starts to get busy in the afternoons/evenings (I had a really hard time finding a spot roomy enough for a large vehicle when I went to get an info, and again when I didn't meet with the trainer, then got parked in when I went to cancel my membership). Probably Great for those who really want to workout totally on their own and at non-peak times.

Signed up mid March & planet fitness closed right after. Was billed 3/10 $6.05, 3/18 $23.04, 6/18 $14.86, and 7/2 (day I cancelled membership) $39. Total= $82.95. When I originally signed up, the club was 24/7 which was perfect for someone that works out late hours. Since Covid-19 happened right after I signed up, the gym had been closed majority of my membership & the few weeks it was open the gym closed early (no longer 24/7). Spoke with Dylan at the gym who stated that the $39 fee I was just charged was the annual fee, however when signing up I was told the fee would not come out until about Dec. Dylan stated that the person who signed me up had did it incorrectly (they added onto my acct when I was a member in 2017) and that is why I was told that. Meanwhile the website states the annual fee comes out Sept. 1st or shortly after. Spoke to Dustin, District Manager, to explain that I have been charged $82.95 and have not been able to workout since they closed right after I signed up for the membership & explained the issue with the annual fee. Explained that even though they changed their hours & were closed, I would like the annual fee refunded ($39) the rest would be taken as a loss. Dustin was extremely unprofessional & refused to look into my information. He had an attitude from the second he picked up the phone, after having his calls screened the last couple times I called. As a District Manager, you would think he would have had some type of customer service training & had been a little more professional. 100% unhappy with my experience with this gym.

Update: I’ve been in contact with management, we have had a satisfactory conversation. I’ve tentatively upgraded my rating. If I were rating the convenience of location, quantity/quality of machines and overall cleanliness, I’d have given 5 stars. However, none of that is worth anything when you can’t even comfortably workout! Grunting, weight slamming and the like has been an ongoing occurrence. The dress code is enforced, when noticed, but there is still room for improvement (I’d still strongly prefer ‘no hoods’ were included). The number of members who rubberneck women as they pass through the gym could also be less. Staff will address members making others uncomfortable when it’s brought to their attention, but the staff to member ratio makes it hard to monitor closely.

I have the black card so I can use other gyms, well the Green Bay gym on Mason street really is not customer friendly. Generally the time I go is really slow, not many people which I like so it has never been an issue to get 5 coins to use the massage chairs which makes sense since the gym isn't busy....the manager says the limit is 3 and it's not flexible even if the gym is not busy...they have over 8 tanning beds but only 2 massage chairs? This ratio is terrible. I pay extra to have the black card but then the manager and some staff use no common sense....if it isn't busy at the gym why can't the gym staff be flexible with the limit of coins for massage chairs? I filed a concern and never got any reply.....poor customer service overall. I plan in canceling our membership.

I think Planet Fitness does a great job. They are clean and have a very friendly staff. Yes sometimes they're busy, but what can you expect. Every place gets busy during certain times. I will never complain about it being busy because theyre just that awesome that everyone wants to go! Keep up the great work guys!

Not sure how they get such great reviews , yeah its cheap but if you like going overnight give it up , the one worker is never available and you have to have them to tan or use chairs . Also every night from midnight to 4 am the bathroom is always being cleaned and if you try and use it they knock until you leave . So no toilet or shower at night and thats when i wanted it , if you go during day its so busy you cant shower anyways and the one clerk is overwhelmed. Honestly havent gotten my $20 worth in awhile and its impossible to cancel they make you meet with the manager and they try and make you keep it or bill you anyways, also this particular gym has smelled like terrible dirty fish water for two months !
