Big space, ton of exercise equipment, friendly staff, clean locker rooms. Showers have a nice rainfall showerhead as well as one that comes straight on at about chest level (you can tilt it up or down a bit). Very welcoming as I was from out of town and visiting.

Very clean!! The lights in the water massage NEED to be turned down… ALOT! It feels like your in an operating room, NOT RELAXING!! Talked to club Mgr and Regional Mgr. Still not resolved. Cant they make it like the commercial? Very ANNOYING and not the only one that feels this way. FIX IT ALREADY

They welcome kids of all abilities with an open heart and kindness! It’s also great for super active kids who need to burn off some energy! Their start up trial of classes is the best value around!

Love Planet Fitness. Such a great, clean gym. Staff are so nice and always willing to help. Never have to wait for a machine which means you get through your work out in an efficient manner.

Very clean and nice staff. The layout is weird but it’s nice. But they need to put closed caption on the TV. And kick out the high schoolers.

New location is nice and big. I prefer to frequent between 4-6 am because the place is usually pretty empty. Business picks up around 530am. The 3rd shift guy, Tyler I believe, has been great. He is very helpful and friendly. Only thing that would be nice is if there were more weight options. Seems like people linger around and use multiple spots at one time. Hydro massage is the bomb after getting a nice session in.

The new Green Bay west location is nice.It is bright and cleanEasy to access, ample parking. The equipment is socially distanced. There are plenty of cleaning stations with hand sanitizer.

The variety in machines is great! Everyone wears masks and the machines are socially distanced so that's nice as well. Also on days when I want to work out but I don't have as much time there is a 30 min express workout which I love!

The gym is new and well kept.There is always someone cleaning ,while sanitizing. Staff is friendly and attentive. Cardio area is huge and has 2 of every machine.So that makes getting a good work out convenient, with no waiting. When becoming a Black card member you may use the tanning and massage areas.
