Always clean every time I go. Good environment. My only criticisms are some treadmills skip so you have to find a different one, and that black card members should get a code for hydro massage. Had to wait 15 minutes at the counter with no attendant, only for the machine requested to not even work. Wasted time out of my schedule for nothing.

The new facility in Green Bay is great. Clean, well maintained and more than enough equipment for even the biggest crowd. Lockers have showers and blow dryers for those on their lunch hour so you can go back freshened up after a hard workout. You can utilize one of their trainers as part of the package. And for $10 a month, you really can't go wrong.

Facility and staff are great and always smiling, helpful, and keeping it clean. Equipment is getting a bit dated. Massage chairs are really old coin operated ones - skip those and do hydro massage instead. My home gym has the better ones. Regular Equipment updates across the locations will enhance the experience. Also, none of the PFs have a Landmine + Deadline station/machine. Please consider putting those in

This is a decent location. The problem is the place is always packed and there isn’t nearly enough room or free weights for the amount of people in the gym.

Says it open 24 hours a day. But look at hoursVery short hours for Friday. Saturday SundayYmca is 24/7. Even holidays. Better hours go when you want. Pretty sad. False advertising

After a not so good review, I am please to say the staff and management reached out to me with my concerns. Most of my concerns were addressed and fixed. Very happy with the response I received from Planet Fitness. They are concerned with the happiness of their members.
