They don't honor their own policies. I signed up for a 7 day trial which was in my email. I go in and they tell me it's only for 1 day. I showed them the email stating that its for 7 day trial and they said it wasn't for their location. I showed the address that it was for and even when it was on the website, they said the policy had changed. So even though I had documentation in my email they failed to honor it. For this the get 0 stars if possible and I definitely will not seek membership.

OK place to workout. I'm a member of a different AF and this one is different. This place has potential and is beautiful inside. I just think they need to exchange or update their equipment. The cardio machines are excellent.
