I felt extremely pressured at the end of my first day trial. I was really going home to think about my experience before making a commitment. The lady Hailey (i think this was her name) made me feel like I had to make a decision and was very very pushy.I know it’s apart of there job to look at sales but this was not the normal salesman tactics. I did not even redeem my other free trial days just because of her. I have joined another gym.

I'm from Nashville and am here in Greensboro on business and luckily ya'll were just down the road from my hotel. Very nice gym. The layout is really nice and there is plenty of equipment to choose from and get a great workout in. Dont live here but would recommend them.

love it! Close to my house, always clean, never crowded, I can go 24/7.
