I joined Sagewell about a year ago when it first opened, especially for the group exercise classes. My favorite class is Total Strength with weights, and I also use the treadmills and walking/running track. After belonging to other gyms, clubs, and studios, I thoroughly appreciate this well-rounded fitness center, and I find it cost effective for my husband and me. He uses the weights upstairs, running/walking track, swims laps, and participates in yoga classes. As a bonus, I have a lot of fun with the (knowledgeable and encouraging) instructors and exercising with my fellow members!

Sagewell is an excellent fitness center. The fitness team members are very cordial and willing to answer questions or assist with exercise equipment set up and usage. Each member is able to get a fitness assessment every 3 months which tracks their fitness improvement. Sagewell has a robust group exercise menu. In my opinion, the best fitness center value in GSO.
