Facilities are great and staff are great. When signing up, they make sure you understand the mask policy. They kindly remind people to wear a mask properly when necessary.

I really love this place staff is wonderful and pools are even better. It's a new place so they are adding more things that need to be in place. looking forward to the pharmacy opening up a I'm a cone employee and I live just 5 min from Sagewell health & Fitness

Nice gym, But the staff are INSANE about masks, crazier than any place ive been in the past year. Doesnt matter if your 25ft away from the nearest person, you are gonna get yelled at if your mask is below your nose. Running the track upstairs and your masks begins to slip down? Got yelled at for that. Doing a high intensity workout and your the only person in the area? Make sure your mask is above your nose or you will be yelled at. But you can swim without a mask on, because apperntly covid is scared of the water lol. The basketball court doesnt have any staff in there, so your free to shoot hoops in peace if you want, which I highly recommend, its a nice court.

I recently toured this facility. This is a very nice facility - all new. The weight area has both machines and free weights and the pool is very nice. I am considering but don't like the application fee and the 12 month contract.

I just joined and so far we are loving it. My 15 year old can shoot hoops while my husband does weights and I swim. Super clean, everyone is very helpful, and the lockers are really nice.

I may regret writing this really good review, as I love the lack of crowds and not having to wait to use anything in the facility, but this place deserves it. First and foremost, the staff/employees are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are absolutely top notch - I won't go into details as I'm quite sure their website covers those details - but there is plenty of variety, from pools to pickleball (not to mention an extensive variety of equipment and classes) to keep anyone from getting bored. And they even considered the entertainment - unlike many other fitness centers I have used they don't subject you to cable news channels spitting out propaganda but instead stick to things like sports, HGTV, cooking, etc. Finally, the whole place is very clean and the members all seem inclined to keep it that way. In summary, a great place to work out and enjoy it.

This is a super nice facility. As a part of Cone Health offers complete lifestyle components to reach your health goals. Cecil Holmes made the enrollment process a low pressure joy compared with previous gym experiences. Highly recommend
