The website is not updated and obviously not monitored. The battleground location no longer exists. I tried calling and no one returned my phome call. Just a mess.

I have belonged here 1 year+ and love it. The coaching is great and there is a very positive energy. The WODS are hard and the owners are always looking for ways to improve and expand. Join!!!

I joined the gym and had a great experience working with the coaches and John was great at introducing the basics and theory of Cross fit.Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to being new to the area and having my work schedule make continuing too difficult.There was a bit of a communication issue regarding the cancellation due to problems with the email system, but it was able to be resolved. I understand that these things happen. Otherwise it was a 5 star experience and a nice business to support.
