My husband and I move almost every year & have been to probably 20+ gyms and this is THE BEST wellness studio we have ever been to! It’s honestly the thing I’m going to miss the most about Greensboro. The owners are incredible people and really have a clear vision they succeed in when it comes to the healing space they’re providing. The classes are amazing as they focus a lot on form, intentional movement, and building a healthy relationship with your body. The events are magical and one of a kind. I usually only get this kind of deep healing online or when I visit other countries so I absolutely love that they’re providing this in person for the community. This place has all around done wonders for me and my mental/physical health and absolutely deserve your business. You won’t regret it!

Great gym with lots of options for your type of fitness: yoga, zumba, strength training, cardio etc. They also have great wellness workshops!

Find Your Flow provides a much needed getaway for this mama to have some personal time! They offer so many different classes to choose from, so there’s truly something for everyone. From yoga to strength training to self defense classes to guided meditation, they’ve got it all! My toddler even has a blast there. She LOVES their Zumbini (kids Zumba) class! The owners are super friendly, the space is welcoming, and the vibes are delightful.

Me and my kids love going there we go to kid’s Zumba class and my kids absolutely love it , they very nice , friendly and professional and I love the location too, I highly recommend it .
