I've been attending OTF for a while now, and I decided to leave my Irvine, Ca and try the gym here in Greensboro. My second time attempting to go I woke up feeling so sick and was told It's nothing I can do about getting the class back for a later time, because of the late cancellation policy. To me this seems dangerous since a policy like this seems to be one that would influence careless people to workout with those not looking to be sick.

The coaches and members are sweet and encouraging. Workouts are fun. Management is horrendous and unprofessional. Horrible place to work.

This OTF studio was one of the first places I checked out when visiting Greensboro on a job interview. I could immediately tell that there was something different about this studio. The class was taught by Coach Sarah, who is incredibly kind and encouraging - but is also going to hold you accountable for proper form!My new job is fully remote and this studio has been a great place to not only work out, but be a part of a community and make new friends. The 8:30 class is incredible - the staff, coaches and music get my day started off right!Come join me for a free class!

Orangetheory has been my most consistent workout since having babies. The instructors are amazing and the music is always on point! I haven’t felt this in shape in years!

Orangetheory Fitness Greensboro is the best gym and group fitness class in town. The coaches are all amazing, the staff is wonderful, and the members are great. As someone who works fully remote I love having so many class times to choose from every day and such a motivating group of people to work out with. Of course you can pay a lot less for a membership at a normal gym, but I promise you won't be getting the same quality of workout or accountability you will find here. Worth every penny and typically my favorite part of my day.

Orangetheory is a workout for every age group.I like the variety of the workouts, the experience of the coaches and the positive attitude they bring each and every class. There are a lot of themed workouts but I like “hell week” the best. It’s some challenging extra moves but always with a modification given if needed. I completed my first hell week this year after avoiding it last year, never thinking I could do it.... but I did and it was a great feeling!

Orange Theory has changed my whole perspective on being fit. Every class is challenging and fun! Even the smallest improvements are celebrated. The coaches worked with me for 7 months while I was recovering from an injury- always encouraging me to be safe and not give up. More than 250 classes in and I’m still excited to go every single time!
