This place is one of the most blissful places I've ever had the pleasure to flow in. Took a drop-in end-of-year warm vin/yin flow with Kristin Richmond, highly recommend!(Sorry I sweated so much 😅)

Great studio! Love the instructors and the space. They have something for everyone here. "Power" classes for the fitness minded, traditional yoga for the spiritual seekers, and everything in between. Great place to establish a regular practice, purify the mind and body, and reconnect with your breath and your true essence. Would give them a million stars if I could.Love the mid-century building as well. Great windows and natural light. Green views out the back. You can tell that they put a lot of care into the design of the interior spaces.

This studio and the instructors are amazing. I recently moved to the area and was never a huge fan of yoga, but Lois completely changed my attitude towards it. She pushes and challenges you mentally and physically. You take what you need from her classes but for me her class especially help me get out of my head and just breathe, listen to my body. Each instructor has a different approach and method so you can find what you are looking for. Definitely recommend this studio.

The studio is lovely but they seem to lock the door even if you are one minute late. I guess that could be a good thing for some people but not me!

Radiance is my absolute favorite place to be. This is my healing place. For me personally, it's more about improving my mental health than the physical side although that is a nice plus. This is natural medicine for my anxiety and depression, so effective that I've actually been able to stop taking some of my medications. Being able to walk into a place so welcoming of everybody from all different backgrounds and just be is the greatest thing. It's honestly like a giant family here.
