Radiance Yoga

Started taking heated yoga classes here about a month ago and I absolutely love this place. It’s clean and comfortable. They have plenty of props available for students. The instructors are nothing but warm and welcoming. So grateful this place exists here in Greensboro.

I can not recommend this studio enough!! The in person is wonderful but what they have done to ensure that your practice can continue by offering zoom classes, outdoor sessions or my newest obsession their on demand service that gives lots of content, laid out easy to maneuver for what your body is feeling on that day and so reasonably priced. If you are looking around look no further!! Easily 5 stars!!!

The Radiance girls are a balm to my soul, a lift to my spirit and they have brought light in these dark days.I have been so impressed by so many of my friends who own small businesses, and especially those based in studios, during this truly challenging season. Radiance took the opportunity to create a LOT of video content! I look forward each day to taking to my mat most mornings with the new On Demand videos that the Radiance girls have professionally produced for us all to use, and at a bargain rate!! $25 a month!!I really like the way that the content is organised and categorised in order that you can choose the right experience for the day you are having, or at the level that you are most comfortable. Today I did a 30 minute session emphasising the neck and shoulders and it set me up perfectly for my busy day, releasing the kinks I’d created over an active weekend in the garden. As a PT I appreciate the instructions regarding safety and different options to try or props to use to assist in the posesThe greatest bonus is that my boyfriend who had never practised yoga, but needed to explore alternatives to the gym during Covid, is now doing so daily and it has been so much fun to practice together!Thanks so much to Kishie and Susie for your dedication to making your special style of yoga accessible to us all throughout this time. I love Radiance yoga. The owners of the studio are attentive and kind. The in person studio is top notch, but with the pandemic closing the physical doors, radiance has continued to provide amazing virtual content to their students. The ON DEMANd Radience yoga option featured world class, heart centered yoga and meditation content that is constantly updated. With the ON DEMAND option I can practice in the comfort of my home until it’s safe to get back in the studio. I can’t say enough good things about Radiance yoga.
