100% The Best Gym in triad. State Of The Art Equipment, Atmosphere and staff are so nice and helpful. Makes U feel like A family rather than just someone off the street. WOW! This is what every gym aspires to be. Was in town for an OCB Bodybuilding competition and needed a place for a quick pump. Been lifting for 40 yrs and this place had equipped I’ve never seen. Staff was awesome. Other folks working out were friendly and really nice. I wish it wasn’t 5 hrs away or this would be my daily… I’ve spent my life traveling and there’s nothing better - and yes I’m a member of a Lifetime Fitness Onyx. I could spend hours playing in here. GO!! Sign up and appreciate this place. You’ll never beat it.
