Nice equipment but that’s it a lot of teenagers running around and hanging out around equipment making it hard to work out and the staff is horrible very unprofessional and disrespectful they have a bunch young guys working there with no customer service you can’t tell who works there when you mix the teenage crowd and the employees. It’s sad because it’s a nice place but the experience was horrible save your time and energy and check out the other great local gyms

Unprofessional and rude staff. Biased treatment. Only person on the management team that cares about the gym and its members is Randy; everyone else could use a lesson in customer service. Wish I would’ve saved myself the trouble and stayed at Strive Fitness on Battleground.

Really poor business practices and incredibly rude management. ( Mason )I’ve supported this business since 2019 before it was the gym it is now, even helped move equipment into the building prior to it’s opening, but if I could give it zero stars I would. Randy was the only helpful owner/manager

Great gym for anyone serious about fitness. Has almost anything you would ever need in the gym. Definitely better than any commercial gym that I have been to.

I have been working out for 30 years and I have never been to a gym that made me happy to be there. But the people are all there to work and get better. From bodybuilders to powerlifters or just a fit person. I don't see anyone sitting and scrolling on their phones and you WILL NOT find the equipment like this in the Triad... I have looked.
