I am so glad I tried a class on a dare. I never imagined I'd be into boxing, but is has proven to be my favorite workout yet. The staff makes sure to keep things super clean, and bags are spaced out. Give it a try, even if you can't imagine yourself in a pair of boxing gloves. You might be surprised!

It is easy to schedule the days and time you want to box. Anyone could do this whether they are a beginner or a pro. They teach you everything you need to know and it is a great hit workout!

Great workout in a non-intimidating environment. I personally dropped 30 pounds doing the workouts. No one yelling at you, just a trainer encouraging you to keep pushing yourself. One suggestion, buy your own gloves if you decide to join.

Love this place! Tried it out and fell in love. They are like a family and are eager to add new members. Not pushy but make you feel great about being whatever level you are. There's no expectations and it's always a great workout!
