Workout Anytime Greensboro

The staff at this gym are rude and the trainers are full of themselves. They can't even say a simple "hello, how are you?" when you walk into the gym. Avoid this place and go somewhere where the staff is actually people oriented.

Me and my wife joined in January.. at this time I'm medically unable to work out.. yet the two months I did I really like the gym.. the staff is very friendly and helpful except one in particular .. my wife still goes several days a week.. I'm planning on going back asap.. thank you staff and owner..

The staff here shamed and patronized me when I went on to cancel. I guess they were attempting to get me to keep my membership, but making me feel bad about myself isn't the way to do that! They charge me on different days of the month than they are supposed to, and then charge a $20 fee if I don't have the funds on that day. Their late fee is more than my membership! Do NOT join this gym, it's just headache after headache.

Was told that when my account became unfrozen that they would call me and let me know before any payments came up to see if I still wanted to cancel (the staff hounded me abut cancelling and persuaded me to freeze and think it over, I only went to work out there a grand total of 3 times...) however I NEVER received any call. I am just now getting a call today from a second party telling me I owe $78+ because my credit card info was no longer valid? I never closed any card accounts or changed any info so I don't know why it didn't go through but either way I'm pissed. It apparently unfroze late December so why am I just now getting a call about it? This place is not very professional and I'm going back to cancel today and speak to a manager about these charges and why I refuse to pay for them.Do yourself a favor and don't bother taking advice from the front desk. If you want to cancel, cancel right then and there. DO NOT FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT.

If it was possible to leave a review with zero stars I would. Do not sign with this gym. They will lie to you about the contract and send you to a collection agency. My wife and I were told that we could freeze our account and were not told that the contract didn't end after that. So we were charged, to a card I no longer have, so they sent us to a collection agency, and expect us to pay the annual fee and a month of dues.

Avoid this "gym" at all costs!I cancelled my membership at this gym several months ago only to find out that my membership had not in fact been cancelled and that I owed for several months and that my account was in poor standing. I never utilized the facility after I cancelled and reached out to Allison to try and rectify the issue and was promised a phone call with a resolution. I did receive a phone call back later in the day but not from Allison, she had a desk clerk call me and give me the number to collections. Terrible way to run a business, zero customer service, and fraudulent to their customers. Unbelievable that they are still in business when they give their clients the runaround! Save your money and invest in a more reputable establishment.

the place is clean for the most part and pretty cheap. It is VERY hard to cancel. They will tell you anything just to get you to "freeze" your account, but forget to mention to you that if you don't call back up there in 6 months they over charge you. Trying to get a manager involved doesn't help, because there isn't one. its just a bunch of teenagers running the show. After pulling a bunch of teeth i finally canceled my membership and wont be coming back!

I love this gym! Love the equipment and the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any fitness questions. I've only had one billing issue with training sessions and it was resolved with no problems!

Horrible gym, managed and cleaned poorly! They are too cheap to hire a cleaning company so the gym stays dirty. The front desks people have to clean the gym and maybe clean the bathrooms once a week, when I complained and stopped my account they kept with drawling money from my bank account. When I called up the the manager did nothing to help and after I canceled my membership they still billed me another month when I haven't used the facility in months! Overall they had HORRIBLE customer service and I would not recommend them.

horrible~!do not sign their contract!they will send you to collections even when you dont owe them anything!and when you are there working out they hasstle you all the time to do personal trainer stuff!
