Perfect gym! Not too busy and has everything to offer! Spa, tanning, free weights, and machines! Nice crowd as well.

The staff will harass some members about re racking weights and will let men constantly leave their heavy weights on machineS without asking them to do the same, it demotivates your workout experience when staff shows favoritism and aren’t consistent with their efforts.

Will charge you for wanting to cancel your membership which is ridiculous. Also make you pay 50 extra dollars when sign up unless you write them a 5 star review not the type of gym I want to be associated with.

So far just started going and see results of my weight progress. Do recommend this then other gym's! For people in my town Reidsville this place is the best!

I’ve never seen the gym clean, bathroom will make u wait alone,they charge me 19$ At first for membership. Then charged my account 39$ for the next month, now they took 59$ for this month but there closed for quarantine smh

Great gym, no complaints. All the equipment is up to date and working, the staff are friendly and it’s always in good shape and clean.

The staff is like no other gym, incomparable. It makes my day to see Haley, Tanner, and Maddie working so hard to make us have the best gym experience every day!
