STILL NOT FIXED AFTER 2 MONTHS!!!! I have to agree with another reviewer that posted that the water station machine is always broken. What a shame! This is bordering on blackmail because if you want to drink something you're either forced to BUY a Gatorade which cost $1.50 or you have to go fill up in the bathroom sink and possibly get COVID. How hard is it to get a plumber out to the joint yall?! Come on now! Also, it is not the responsibility of the customer to inform management of any problems in the gym. That is what managment is paid for! Look...the personnel at the gym is great but keeping the gym maintained for the client base is a must if you new people to join and current people coming back and giving you good reviews. If anybody else reading this has had the same problems please speak up or give some appropriate reviews until these problems are fixed.

I just moved from NJ . I joined PF yesterday and I was very hesitant about joining...But I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised at how:1.EXTREMELY Clean locker room!!! 🚿2. Very nice staff and front desk😀3. Clean equipment 💯4. Disinfectant spray to clean before & after the machines.🤜🏾🤛🏾5. Very spacious 👍🏾And the best part is the no judgment 🥰My new hangout 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Excellent facility! Friendly employees! And they make sure to keep everything as clean as possible. it definitely should continue be everyone’s responsibility to wipe down equipment before and after to continue to keep it a safe environment. Love the apps crowd meter option to be able to monitor the best time to go when it’s the least crowded.

Planet Fitness is either great or awful. I’ll qualify that in a minute. This location is extremely clean and the staff is excellent overall I really enjoy working out here. It’s awesome when you go when it’s not crowded - you can get in and out pretty quickly. If you happen to go when it’s busy it can be really frustrating waiting for equipment especially if you like to use the Smith Machines or dumbbell area. Of course since you have the $10 memberships you get inexperienced people who cycle through and may lack understanding of gym etiquette. Overall I like the Greenville location a lot.

I am so so glad PF is open again. It is so clean inside and the extent of their commitment to preventing the spread of transmissable disease is the benchmark by which other gyms should compare themselves against. Its worth the drive from arbor hills to Thomas Langston and memorial.

Absolutely amazing Jim. There's always two people on the floor cleaning huge selection of equipment and I mean very huge one of the biggest gyms I've seen in my life. Well-maintained clean back knowledgeable staff even free classes. Not to mention the price is pennies compared to other gyms

Overall a great facility! Staff were always friendly and helpful and equipment was ample and always available. The facility was always clean including the locker rooms. It was a plus that it was open 24 hours. I wish I would have been able to go more regularly but it was quite a distance from my home.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is much larger than it looks from the outside and has plenty of equipment options.

Love working out there the staff is great. Only down side for me they are to crowded. I have to workout first thing in the morning or late at night. They need to build other planet fitness in my area to eliminate the over crowdedness.
