I have been an active member since 2014 and the equipment is just as clean and functional as it was when it first opened. The employees are knowledgeable even tho they are kind of quiet and focused on cleaning and keeping the paper towel carrier and cleaning solution bottles full. They seem bland until you need some help and then they just come alive with smiles and conversation.. lol The bathrooms and locker room is always clean. It's been a pleasure being a member. All of the employees that I have come in contact with at this location have been great expect one in particular. The bald employee, (I think his name is Micheal Hojer) is very rude and has been to myself and multiple of my friends. He needs to get off his high horse and relax.

It's the best gym period. I worked here for 3 and 1/2 years. It is clean and safe. There is a ton of equipment. And you can reach all of your goals there. People say that you are limited because they do not have barbells over 60lbs and all the Smith machines are guided.I can work with it!! The guided Smith machines are super comfortable to me and I like them better than the guided ones at my other gym. (I only have 2 memberships for daycare if I want an evening workout). They offer more glute equipment than any other gym around me. The crowd varies based on your location, day of the week, time of the year.and time of day.Retirees in the am, more college kids mid day and evening, super busy at new years(they all are), less busy during school breaks. But it doesn't matter. Just go in and act like you own the place. There are a ton of motivated people at every stage of their fitness journey. My club never uses that dumb alarm, and I drop weights all the time. They offer free training, help you set goals and teach you how to reach them and use the equipment.I freaking love my PF! I reached all my goals with their help and you can too!!!

I enjoy going to Planet Fitness in Winterville NC. The employees always greet you when entering. They are friendly and always willing to help. The equipment and areas are always clean and in good working order.

I'm disabled, so I'm a Silver Sneakers member.The 12 minute ab workout is my favorite!They have TONS of other toning & body building equipment, not to mention the other amenities; such as the relaxing massage chairs/bed, and their stand up tanning stalls, or beds.You work at your own pace & your own strength ability.No pressure, of ANY kind!😊

We have been members over a year and our experience had been great up until about a week ago when they let kids join for free during the summer months. The gym is FULL of kids hogging the machines, doing nothing, on their phones, talking to each other, playing on the treads, trying to see who can jump the highest etc. i understand the importance of kids being active, but they should have been given specific times to work out. We will be going to another gym for the summer.

I am excited to be a new member. This facility is extremely large with plenty of equipment to work out on. They also offer hydro massage therapy and tanning beds. Drinks can be purchased for hydration replenishment. The restrooms are clean and have showers. They also offer free fitness training for newbies.

One of the best clubs Ive been too! I work 2 hours away from home so anytime I come in after work I always buy a Celsius but their system was down today and Jacobi up front offered me one of his unopened red bulls! Always top tier service here. love the whole team ❤️

Always convenient during my travels. I've worked out at over 100 different planet fitnesses and I'd give this gym a 4 out of 5. I was there at prime morning hours. The gym is large and well spaced. The equipment is laid out appropriately for this COVID-19 b.s.It was a great workout for me and wifey

This is by far my new favorite location. So much to do in this area and places to eat. Come get you a workout and hit the burger place highway 55, i did. Planet Fitness was really clean and kind people there getting their sweat on. The bathrooms were neat abd clean...sanitized. thank yall for a really good evening. Ill be baaack.
