A lot of top of the line equipment and a very large facility for a privately owned gym. Members and the owner Matt are very friendly. Definitely recommended for people who are serious about their strength training

Dropped in for for a session with a member here. Honestly wish I lived closer because I'd immediately pick up a membership. The place is huge, and the amount of equipment, specialty bars, machines, competition benches, squat racks, etc is incredible. The owner is friendly, and almost immediately responded to my email for dropping in. Overall, a great atmosphere for anyone looking to get stronger and improve themselves.

This is not Planet Fitness, and that's a good thing. This place is for serious lifters who drop the weights and yell guttural bellows of joy when they hit a new PR, and I love that sound! I enjoyed training here for strongwoman competitions, and had access to all the equipment needed - yolks, heavy sandbags, farmer's walk implements, atlas balls with pedestals of various sizes, squat racks, and lots of various types of barbells with tons of plates. There is an incredible array of weight machines, the likes of which I have never seen anywhere else. The owner Matt develops great strength building programs for members, along with fat loss programs for those with goals that don't involve becoming beastly strong. When training for a competition, he'll personalize the program toward the events in that comp. Access is 24 hours with a code, so work out when you want to. Great gym.

This gym has it ALL! There is no doubt about it that if I lived here that I would train here. They have every piece of equipment that you could want, even those weird things that would make you ask, "do people even use that?" Yes, this place is a gem! More so, you can easily find a Coach there to help you with nearly any sport you are looking to compete in! Check it out!

Hands down best gym in the northeast. Matt has literally every bar under the sun. Anything he doesn't have yet is usually on order or can be requested and he'll aquire it. If strength is your goal, and your not training here your leaving gains on the table. The atmosphere alone makes it a great place to train, everyone's supportive of one another regardless of skill levels. 👍👍

Was staying with relatives in the area and popped in for a day pass. Owner was very welcoming and the gym itself had all the barbells, equipment, and space anyone could need. This is easily the best strength sport specific gym I've ever been to.
