It has been almost a year of pure enjoyment coming to Mission Fitness for Boot Camps and Power classes. The work out partners that I have met are all amazing and the instructors are incredible! If you want to get in shape, and relieve some stress, just show up for any of the classes. Matt and all of the instructors will make you feel welcome and help you to become a braver, stronger more powerful version of yourself!

I'm a couple months in and I can't believe how different I feel. I planned on going 3x per week but find myself going 5-6x per week because it feels so good. This is my first successful gym experience. I've tried "mega gym's" before but only went a few times before stopping, they were boring and I really didn't know what to do. The small environment at Mission makes all the difference. Classes are so much better than doing it yourself and each class is different everyday. You don't have to plan how to work your whole body, it just happens. The trainers are fantastic, the members are welcoming, there's no competition and everyone's supportive regardless of fitness level, everyone I've met is someone I'd actually like to grab a cup of coffee with. I really like that classes are small enough to get personal attention and trainers individually help with form during class, it's been a major help for me as a newbie. When I started, I really wasn't sure I could make a true lifestyle change, but it's really happening, I'm feeling stronger than I did 25 years ago and dropping pounds quickly. Matt and his team really have a great thing going on.

I joined Mission Fitness over 3 years ago. I started with some personal training to prep for a long distance cycling event. I also started classes in conjunction with the training and have never stopped. This place is addicting. They adjusted my workouts through two pregnancies and postpartum! If you want to make a bunch of great friends, be in a supportive environment and make a change for a new, healthy life then this is the place for you! The trainers are always aware during class, making sure everyone’s form is correct, preventing any injuries and maximizing your output. They push you beyond your limits and help you achieve much more than you expect. Not only do you get a great workout but you make some fantastic friends. It truly is a little community that motivates and supports. They won’t disappoint!

I first came to Mission after looking for a motivating environment with group fitness classes and reading the awesome google reviews. I was not disappointed. I quickly became obsessed with Mission Fitness. The classes are challenging, but supportive. The trainers are awesome and keep us motivated, and the classes always have something new so you can't get bored. With a mixture of bootcamp, boxing, and power classes, you can ensure you are mixing it up. But the thing that makes Mission the best is the people. The owner and his team continue to impress with their dedication to giving back to the community. And best of all, they have created a community that feels like a family. I would never go anywhere else.

Mission Fitness is great! I’m fairly new to the gym and felt very welcomed the minute I walked in the door. Each trainer immediately asked me if there was any injuries or modifications They should be aware of. With each exercise they ensured everyone’s form is proper and throughout the class cheer on each person. The classes are challenging and each one is different, allowing you to go multiple days in a row and get a full body workout each day. I’ve enjoyed each class I’ve been to and look forward to going back each day!

I just recently started with MF and I was incredibly apprehensive prior to going due to a bad low back. Jessica has altered my workout so that it's challenging, yet attainable... without aggravating an old injury. They're certainly not your "run of the mill trainers". They have made me feel so comfortable - I already feel like family. Every session I am challenged - yet Jessica keeps me laughing. I look forward to my sessions each week... even if I am swearing under my breath! :) I can't wait to start the group classes!

Forget Glastonbury, this is the best gym in Connecticut! I gladly drive over an hour some days to take a class or do personal training at Mission. If you're looking for a truly "judgment free" , positive setting to become stronger mentally and physically, this is your place!

I love that my workout is planned for me. In the past I spent half my time at the gym wandering around trying to figure out what to do next. By the time I left half my day was over and having kids in preschool that meant all my free time was gone. It's all business, you are in and out in an hour. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone. Switching to Mission was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Having joined Mission Fitness 4 months ago, my physical fitness and overall health (mental and emotional) have improved significantly in a relatively short time. I only wish I found this place sooner! I went from being sedentary to working out 6 to 7 days a week. I genuinely look forward to my MF workouts everyday and feel a sense of accomplishment each time I leave the facility. The MF trainers create an environment where you are challenged, motivated, and safe. They teach proper technique, encourage you to push your perceived limits, and monitor you throughout the process. In addition to the rewarding relationship with the trainers, the camaraderie among the members is unlike any other gym. I really cannot promote MF enough!
