I cannot begin to express how much Matt Mund and the team at Mission Fitness have helped my family and the employees of my company. I have been doing Personal Training with Matt for 3 years and group training with my kids for 2 years. I have nothing but respect for Matt and what he has built.

After trying a few other gyms in Glastonbury a friend invited me to a boot camp. I immediately fell in love! I love the variety of classes and how much the coaches care about you having a great work out. I get bored easily doing the same work out each week but the boot camp classes incorporate a different mix of exercises each day. My favorite class is by far the cardio boxing! I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at Mission Fitness!

I have been taking fitness classes for 20 years and the classes at Misson Fitness have me in the best and most noticable shape of my life. I have never had instructors that truly care about each members potential and push you to a level you would never otherwise push yourself. When you see and feel the results the way they make it happen at Mission Fitness it's easy to want to go and work hard several days a week. I'm disappointed if work or something else interferes with Bootcamp and I have to miss it! Matt, the owner, takes great pride in his facility and you see it the minute you walk in the door. I have never experienced anything like it. I'm proud to be a MF'er!!!

Although I had been going to a tradition gym for 30 years , at age 60 I joined Mission Fitness. I learned immediately traditional gyms are not even close to the workout one gets in a boot camp setting in both intensity, real life strength, endurance, and balance. I would not trade my mission fitness workouts here for anything. Richard

Mission Fitness is unlike your "typical" gym or work out place. It starts with Matt, the owner, who's primary "mission" is to help everyone, no matter what your current state is, to become healthier. When I started at Mission Fitness I was just going to "give it a try" and each year since I have continued to do things that I never thought I would, with my latest accomplishment being completing my first half ironman and signing up for my first FULL ironman next summer to celebrate my 50th birthday! What is great is the support I have received not only from Matt and his team, but also from the entire Mission Fitness family. I truly believe I would never have challenged myself like this if I had not joined Mission Fitness. It is easy to get comfortable with your routine and here the people around you make you want to do more.The environment at Mission is welcoming, but you never leave there without feeling challenged, whether it is yourself challenging you or one of the other "MF'ers" challenging you to be the "best you that you can be". I feel that it is the best workout around. In an hour you get an amazing workout. They offer bootcamps, spin, cardio boxing, personal training, and weight classes. Each class is different and each instructor is different, which always makes it fun and challenging at the same time. If you have never tried Mission, come in and try it. You won't be sorry... it truly is "my happy place".

I have been working out at Mission Fitness for about 3 years and I highly recommend it. When I was searching for a fitness/wellness facility Mission Fitness provided the best workout/wellness program. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, motivating, personable and friendly. The bootcamp classes are a well rounded workout program, the trainers keep it interesting and motivating and continually focus on form to prevent injuries. The personal training is tailored to each individuals goals and abilities and your progress is tracked by your personal trainer. Mission Fitness provides a well rounded program by offering additional specific training/classes like boxing, spin, weight training, etc. They also provide nutritional training and education and provide various classes/workshops throughout the year which all focus on your well being. You get a great productive workout in a professional and friendly atmosphere, I would recommend Mission to everyone.

I have been going to Mission for two years and love it! There are a variety of classes to choose from; bootcamp, boxing, power, spinning and they are all awesome workouts. The best part is the staff! They all know how to balance just the right amount of encouragement and pushing you to do your best, while keeping you safe from injury with alternate options to certain exercises. I sometimes go 5 to 6 times per week and have never once experienced the same class! I've done all kinds of exercise classes over the years, weight lifting and Yoga and if I was forced to do only one, it would be the bootcamps at Mission Fitness!

I have been going to Mission Fitness for about a year and a half and love it! I came from a very different style gym and was a little skeptical about boot camp style classes. I didn’t think I would like the “class” atmosphere. Boy, was I wrong!When I arrived for my first boot camp class the staff was great! Annette showed me around the gym and Darcy, the instructor, introduced herself, asked my name and made me feel comfortable in a somewhat intimating situation. Being new was a little scary since I didn’t know what to expect. It was extremely helpful when Darcy went through each exercise in each circuit and demonstrated what we needed to do at each station. She also walked around during class to answer questions or help correct form. The class was full of energy, great music and excitement! I became addicted almost immediately.I now attend 3-4 boot camp classes a week. The exercises and format of the classes change all the time so even going 4 days a week, there are very few exercises that are repeated. I also did two-12 week sessions of personal training with Darcy to step up my workout. The results and the strength that I gained from the classes and personal training are what keep me coming back for more!There are several different types of boot camp classes offered, so a person can start with beginner classes and work up to a more rigorous boot camp class. Mission also offers cardio boxing, spin and yoga and an awesome 30 minute abs class Sunday mornings!I would recommend Mission Fitness to anyone who is interested working hard and having fun while doing it! The staff makes you feel like you’re part of the mission “family”.

I love Mission Fitness and all of the staff! Matt is very welcoming and honestly cares about each clients health and happiness. I take bootcamp classes and love how every instructor is able to alter the classes to meet the needs of each client. I also take personal training classes with Darcy. She has been instrumental in improving my overall health and athletic abilities. I whole heartedly appreciate everyone at Mission Fitness and highly recommend this facility to anyone who is hoping to make positive changes in their lifestyle.
