This new eos is pretty decent. It’s located in a huge plaza with plenty of parking available. I usually come around the evening and it’s busy but not as busy as the other eos’s. The interior is spacious and clean. The bathrooms are good however, I noticed a lot of the lockers malfunction. All the equipment is brand new and feel great. There are tons of squat racks, deadlift platforms, and benches available. There is an outdoor area where you can also workout. There are three turf areas where you can stretch, do sled pulls, and so on. There are massage chairs available in the middle of the gym for the premium memberships and also towel service. I haven’t checked out the cinema room yet but I hear good things about it.As of this review the pool and sauna are still in the works. I can’t wait for them to be done. They also have tons of cardio equipment which I haven’t tried yet. The service is average nothing to talk about. Overall, It’s decent for the price point. I hope the gym stays this clean as time goes on but I doubt it.

Over crowded, they picked a terrible location down the street by Burlington, which would have been better a d lots of parking over there. There is no parking and not a lot of cardio machines to warm up on. Like the movie theater movie, but it's an upgrade. A lot of the special machines etc u need your phone on you to activate instead of a card which is annoying to carry your phone around. I give it 2 stars for putting all they could in a tiny space, even building a pool.

I even told them I wouldn't do this but now I have to warn others. We signed up on July 30. Completed all required forms for us and our kids. Paid all fees. Uploaded immunizations. Got all done in the same day. Then gave it more than 24 hours, per the app. Tried going to the gym 3 different times and each time, the kids club didn't have our kid's info uploaded so we couldn't drop off. After the 3rd attempt, we got a call from kid's club saying that ONE of our kids was ready to be dropped off if we would like but the other child's info wasn't "in the system"... Tried talking to the GM. He was too busy, per the phone operator, with other "client's" complaints. Tried emailing him, nothing. Tried calling again on a different day, left message, nothing. I'm trying to get a refund from EoS since we never utilized the facility at all and still was charged. I hope EoS can make this right and give our money back. I really am trying not to blame anybody because sometimes people fall thru the cracks, they just do. I worked as a customer service manager for 10 years, I get it. But this could have been handled better. Rather than me investing more than 3 hours of my time, not working out btw, just to get a refund and cancel my and my wife's memberships. Everyone I delt with looked lost and obviously was not trained well. I could imagine if corporate sent in a secret shopper in my place, they would be sorely disappointed.

I go to EoS for the group classes. This location (Stephanie and Sunset) has the newest and best spin bikes of any location I attend. I've removed 2 stars because I cannot workout in the gym (weights or cardio) at this location because the …

It's a great gym, tons of various workout equipment and it's very clean. The only thing is, the sauna room hasn't worked since it opened.

Love the new gym. Still waiting for the pool to open though. Have been taking the T.O.U.C.H.E. over 50 class and it is great! Can we please schedule this class more than once per week?

Bad Parking lot! Been here 3 times now & spent more time searching for parking, than working out. We already paid for trainers from here, but when we are done with our prepaid sessions we need to search for another gym.

Never experienced this at any other EOS besides this one. I brought in my own drink and “Gage” behind the counter asks me to scan my drink. I told him “oh no, I brought this one in” just for him to try to confront me saying “really? Where …
