DON’T GO TO THIS GYM‼️ Someone STOLE MY BAG AND WALLET inside the locker of the women’s bathroom yesterday afternoon! They BROKE my padlock to steal my personal items, so this was definitely a professional’s job! The staff seem to not care at all about me crying and freaking out, they only gave me a form to fill out, basically acting like I was “one more client complaining”, so I called the police to report this and they told me this gym’s location ALWAYS receives complaints about people getting STOLEN at their bathroom or at their parking lot and that they NEVER RESOLVE anything, even with cameras inside! Watch out for this LVAC gym, I will never return here again! If I could give 0 stars I would!

They don't do a great job cleaning compared to the other locations, and they don't have any 35lb or 2.5lb plates in the main gym.The music has recently been way too loud. It is perfectly audible through noise cancelling headphones..

Love going on the weekends cause it feels empty lol, weekdays are always busier. I love the daycare as well! My daughter always enjoys going.

I would strongly suggest you keep an eye on the front desk staff, especially Alihandra. I watched her act extremely bothered to even be there and she acted so rude/cold to a potential gym goer. Such a turnoff to see her there again today, so I plan to cancel my membership. I've read that many people have complained about her and the other front desk staff as a whole. They clearly have not rectified the problem, nor care to do so.

Every single cardio equipment is dirty. I've come here for last 5 months and for 3-4 hours daily. Not once I've seen a staff clean inside of cardio machine.They would need to do a better job or I'd recommend going to a cleaner gym.

The staff here is awesome, equipment is always clean as well as the rest of the gym.It has it's busy times where you will be waiting for machinesOnly thing I wish they had was a basketball court but all in all it's a great gym

Great place to work out with tons of different types of exercise equipment. Then if you want to take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot tub that's a plus. Also good to hit up the sauna or steam room.

Very disappointed, We left EOS Fitness, thinking that LVAC would be a step up. We thought that the staff would be more professional. Unfortunately, it wasn't this visit, but at the Eastern location, one visit, my wife came with me, she walks with a cane, and a young female millennial was trying to hide herself laughing under her breath. Also, at Eastern, at our last visit, the women's showers weren't working. Finally, we can't believe that there are no doors on any of the showers, either men's or woman's.Needless to say, we will be moving on from LVAC.

LVAC is My Gym and I really like it! Lots of equipment, Nice sized Pool and Jacuzzi, Sauna attached to Shower Room, Good sized Track, and have even put in some new equipment. Also, good variety at Snack Bar.However:Nobody monitors people who take selfies and photos in locker rooms or people who don't clean the machines after themselves.Plus, the Track needs to be cleaned more often especially around the wall edges, as well as, the Shower Stalls.

BEWARE....Came to this location in June of 2022 and Blake was the male that did my membership. My wife was with me when I got the membership that was supposed to be a month to month contract. I went to cancel my contract today due to the gym being to far and I was advised I was locked into a 26 month contract. I told them I was on a month to month contract and I was advised I could cancel anytime due to Blake telling me that's what I was signing up for. I was advised that I was locked into a 26 month contract and there was nothing they can do. Moral of the story is, don't trust anyone and always read the contract. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM, THERE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO ETHICS, LIE TO YOU AND WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO GET A SALE. GO TO EOS OR 24 HOUR FITNESS.
