From the second you enter, you are welcome as part of a family. This is a proper Boutique Gym. Owner is always on-site greeting you and giving positive tips. Easy parking in and out. Energy/nutrition bar on site.

I decided to switch to a private gym mostly because the last time I was in a commercial gym, I couldn’t go to a machine because it was super packed, and people won’t even share the machine. The machines were also breaking down and for a few months never got fixed. This gym is the total opposite of it. I was in Miami for the week and was looking for a gym to keep the routine going. Always a big fan of owner / operated gyms as the environment is better and the other patrons more friendly.Virgilio certainly has the right formula. It is a great gym, friendly people and I was able to get my daily workouts done easily. There is plenty of equipment, all maintained and Virgilio is always around to help answer any questions and spot if you need.Highly recommend!
