Know the place for years and the owner and personal trainer, Virgilio is outstanding.Love the environment, the gym itself is well equiped and the location is convenient.Always clean and the cafeteria makes good food!

Undoubtedly this is the cleanest gym in Miami. The equipment is great the environment is spectacular and the music is off the chain. This is the kind of place you can leave your Rolex lying around and no one will take it. Virgil is always there to make sure that his game is always on point. Bottom line this place is cozy but stacked.

This gym is not for the people that can afford only $10 bucks. It's an executive gym. You come in work out hard and go. Love it!
