Perfect Functional Training sessions !!, 45 minutes that go with the blink of an eye, great trainers, great music and great routines, every time a different one, not possible to get bored.Every night I always look forward to go to the session next day, is the best way to start the day energetic to face the work day ahead. The gym equipment is top of the line and the trainers are always checking that you do the right moves. Is like having a personal trainer.I was considering acquiring equipment to make a gym at home, not anymore, no way , the equipment of F45 is worth hundreds of thousands and together with the guided routines is the most efficient way to hit the gym.

Excellent program! I went in as a novice and came out not only knowledgeable about my health and how to maintain it but learned the type of lifestyle I should maintain. Ivan and Amanda really are the best in guiding you through the process of personal enhancement. Highly recommend it
