The best training in Doral, the way they combine cardio and weights is perfect!! The Saturday class combine these two and it is the best. I totally recomend F45!

I really like that the classes are punctual, also the gym and equipment are always clean, and the trainers are always making sure you are standing and or doing the exercise in the correct position and posture. I like that they really pay attention to us as we do our routine.

I’ve tried other gyms and nothing compares to F45 Doral! You get a complete workout in 45 minutes. Coaches are there guiding and motivating you every step of the way. I joined F45 Doral as a New Year’s resolution and it’s been the only resolution I’ve been able to stick to. Stop procrastinating on investing in your health. Go and check it out!!
