This is one of the best options I've tried for working out! In and out in 45 min, super clean, no overthinking what you are going to do. All trainers are very nice and classes are punctual!

Ivan, Amanda and Catalina are amazing, friendly and energetic to push us hard during workout sessions, always available to answer any questions we might have related to exercise or meal plan. If you are looking to get in shape and make some new friends you just found the place!

This place is amazing, the energy from the trainers and the group is contagious. Is so much more than a gym, the clases are killers but you will leave with the biggest smile on your face. Love it 100% recommended.

F45 Doral is more than a studio to get healthy. This systems really works, each day is a new training completely different than any other given day. That surprise factor really HELPS! Besides the system, at Doral location the owners are there every day motivating and cheering you up to get better. They are on top of each routine and exercise. Amanda and Ivan are experienced in nutrition and body building, they know exactly how to train and how each exercise works, how to improve postures and avoid injuries. They are also surrounded by the best team and support system of experts like Rafael and Catalina who accompany us on each routine and know how to push us beyond our own limits in a safe and experienced way to get the best version of ourselves. This studio’s environment is AWESOME, regardless of the time and group you attend to, you will always feel welcome and appreciated, and that specifically makes a GREAT impact and it is extremely beneficial when trying to get healthy and disciplined. Thank you F45 Doral Family, I greatly appreciate each and every one of you!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Coming here is the best decision you will ever make for yourself and your fitness. I was scared of being intimidated by group fitness environments, but the owners and trainers are so nice and get to know you really well. Love it!

This is the most complete fitness studio in Doral!Not only they have upbeat killer workout sessions, but also provide diet plans for muscle gain or fat loss free of extra charge. They also provide full body scans to track your progress.The team is great, it feels like we're all family. I highly recommend this studio!!

This place is amazing! The staff is 100% dedicated to see positive changes in your life and are very motivating.After just 1 week of being part of the gym, Im sure that I want to be a part of it forever!Classes are very dynamic and you wont ever repeat the same workout which makes it even better.
