I had to cancel but I admire how the person that assisted me offer to me everything possible to stay. I’d for sure come back on another time

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Yesterday my wife and daughter were robbed in the gym, their lockers, inside the women's bathroom, were destroyed, and opened, and my wife's bag with her purse, car keys, everything was stolen. We tried to get the manager to show up in order to view the CCTV and see who was responsible, and he denied to help. The lack of security in this place is horrible! The service personal was so helpless and useless, I was appalled that they had to call the manager 2-3 times over the phone until he finally responded, to once again deny us the help we needed. My only hope is that the detective that was assigned tot he case might find the people responsible and make them pay. The Hialeah area that once was peaceful and tranquil (I have live here almost 30 years) has become a city filled with low live thieves, unruly, disrespectful and destructive people. AVOID THIS GYM, It is unsafe for you and your belongings!!!!!!!In response to the owner's response, I am in no way making you responsible for the incident, as clearly you cannot make yourself responsible, but you do have CCTV, and as a part of the facility, you should not retain that from customers that have been a victims of such an event from seeing the footage. It would have been very professional and kind to have shown the footage of that one camera, to observe and see who did it. The event was reported within the hour, and only 20 minutes after the theft, the thieves went to Walmart across the street, to try and run my cards for $600 dollars, so the time gap was very small. It would have been very easy to spot the person responsible. You obviously know that the thief is a member of the gym, because no one goes in and out unless they sign in at the front, I specifically explain to the employees there that I am a professional surveillance retrieval expert, that it is my daily job to spot and identify events in surveillance footage, it would have been really easy to spot the thief (which I know is a member of the gym) since the gym was practically empty, still I was denied that chance by the manager (who ever he is) that never showed or even attempt to speak to me directly, which would have been the professional thing to do.

This gym has everything I need, but it’d be better if it has more strength than cardio, it’s impressive how clean it is compared with other gyms

The gym is great with new machines, but the staff needs to step it up. Bathrooms are typically dirty and it's only 8am. Dumbells and equipment layed out throughout gym. Hard to find some dumbells because customers don't rerack them. One whole rack had all the dumbells missing. Again it's only like 8am. I've been to many Planet Fitness gyms and this one seems to be the least taken care of.

I was exuberantly satisfied with the performance of DR.Danny Cancio, a very knowledgeable icon in the athletic and fitness industry of Hialeah. Also a very underrated member of the planet fitness team. I URGENTLY DEMAND A RAISE OF THIS YOUNG TALENT !!!!!

Love it. You go fo your thing and keep progress. No one on top of anyone. Love the massages as well.
