Este lugar es tan sucio i came for a day pass and they were very rude to me and i was showering after a workout all i felt were eyes and i saw that there was a staff member sitting in the bathroom it was as if i was being watched horrible experience

This was supposed to be a 5 stars review. I was taking pictures of the gym to post here on google reviews because I was very impressed by the cleanliness of it, and how updated and modern it looked, well maintained and everything working great. (have had before very bad impressions of other planet fitnesses in Miami, old and dirty shower rooms, dated, dirty plastic curtains with mold, stains and stuff, unstable water temperature, etc. And then I saw this one very modern and was so happy to have found what I thought was one of the best planet fitnesses in Miami! But then all the good Impressions felt apart when the lady from the front desk in a very bad manner came to tell me that she called the manager to tell her that she saw me taking pictures and the manager said that if she sees me again taking pictures I’d have to leave the gym. I mean, if that’s not rude then I don’t know. Excuse “because of Covid” ? She didn’t even apologise but instead kind of talked to me rudely. I’m a customer and first of all you’re not supposed to talk to me that way, and 2nd of all, this is the country of freedom and democracy, and you’re telling me that? I said to her that that I always take photos to share on google maps reviews. Once again, Miami never fails. Always the worse customer service, rude and impolite people. I was just starting my workout and it completely ruined my mood. And supposedly you come to the gym to feel better and uplifting! So this is why the 1 star.Showers with hot constant water! Only downside is that they only did One Dressing Room, which has a curtain that doesn’t even cover all. So you don’t have any privacy to dress after the shower. Well I used one of the closed toilets and that’s it. 🤦‍♀️

The gym is really clean, it has everything I need. I love that it has a lot of space. Great staff, good communication from Micaela and it’s been very welcoming.

You need to try the new planet fitness location . Is awesome . Great people, specially Lewis the assistant general manager

Clean, modern and well equipped for every fitness level is how I'd describe this PF location. Friendly staff and a well organized workout area characterize my visit. I was able to hit all of the free weights and machines I wanted without a wait. I can't say it's like that all of the time but I had a great workout and a great experience during my visit.

Brand new planet fitness facility. Similar equipment of the other locations with a few updates. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
