Best place in the world to exercise! The atmosphere is incredible, the trainers are super attentive, and they pay attention to your posture. The workouts are very dynamic, and you won't get bored. Highly recommended!

Great workout! Love the staff! Everyone is super friendly and professional. I love that I NEVER get bored!!! Its the only reason I keep coming!Coach Kristel definitely would benefit from a bit of input. Her classes are wayyyyyyy too talkative. She doesnt like the “awkward silence “ even though there is music going. Every second of the 1 hour class was constant speaking etc. It was unbearable. Could be a great coach but definitely has to ease up a bit on the speaker
