I have been in RZONE for more than 2 years, I like the atmosphere, it always feels good, no one greets you with a bad temper or a bad face, the trainers always motivate you and help you improve.They notice your changes and congratulate you. I like that you're not just another ordinary person, that they know who everyone is ☺️❣️They make you feel like you're in a second home.

It's a fitness studio for females only. You are guided through zones by amazing coaches; my favorites are Irving, Jose and Adrian-crème de la crème of coaches.There are also screens that demonstrate the exercises you're doing. The format and the exercises are great. The coaches corrects your form, if necessary and also encourages you to challenge yourself-believe that you can.I've taken classes at fitness studios with similar formats, but RZone is on a different level! I highly recommend.Please open at least one RZone in North Miami because right now the studios are located in Pinecrest, Kendall, Coral Gables and Doral. It's difficult for me to take classes unless I'm off from work or unless I travel from North Miami in the evening to Coral Gables or Doral. This is a bit much, but I have and probably will take classes again at some point because I love the format.

Absolutely the best gym to go to. You want a clean gym, this is it. They give us wipes for every zone we are going to be in. The service is excellent and amazing. Especially the front desk and the trainers. I recommend Irving, Monica, and Jose classes.

Coach Irving was excellent. He understood and helped with adjusting the exercise according to my needs. I appreciate that because it’s not always about pushing through the pain, it’s about doing it correctly. The circuit workouts at RZone are always challenging and they help you build endurance and strength.
