It was clean and well set up. They have the stand up tanning booths here which is a big reason why I chose to try this location. I'll definitely be going back!

As I have grown older and less active I have become much too heavy and more importantly my core muscles that control many body functions have gotten progressively weaker. When I found myself having to use my hands to lift my left leg into the car I knew I had to decide if I wanted to allow myself to progressively get worse or take control and try to reverse the downward spiral. I went to planet fitness and they helped me set up a program of exercises that in only one month has brought a noticeable improvement in my ability to function like a normal person. It is getting easier to bend down and tie my shoes, get into my car, almost, normally, cross my leg when sitting, without reaching down and pulling my leg up . . . and I can tie my shoes easier than before. Younger folks may find my experience amusing, and I can see why they would, but I am serious and grateful for the improvement. The staff at Planet Fitness are friendly and helpful. The make us senior citizens feel welcome and do not mind answering our questions. I am excited to see just how much more I cam improve.

I just started working out again and a friend of mine suggested the hydromassage. So after working out today, I went and checked it out. It was awesome. You have to have the black card though! Going to try the deep tissue massage next!

I use the “crowd meter” on the app because I don’t want to go when it is busy and loud. The meter is accurate. This facility is very clean, fairly low noise level, polite patrons.
