I love how big their 360 room is compared to other pf locations. I spend most of my time there when I come in. Clean and spacious locker rooms and the massage chair area for black card members is so relaxing.

Had to cancel my 5 year membership yesterday because of how rude the employees were. I was in between sets (kneeling down to change my music), I was approached by an employee and she told me that if I wasn't actively working out that I had to put a mask on. I told her I was in the middle of my sets and she got a nasty attitude and walked away. Upon leaving Planet Fitness, I went to the front desk to cancel my membership. A different employee was helping me and I explained to her that I was canceling because in the email, it clearly states customers must wear a mask while moving around the facility. Not stationary in between sets. The lady didn't acknowledge me, didn't look up at me and didn't say a word! I figured the employees at Planet Fitness had a little more respect than that. Very disappointed with PF!

Very clean and maintained. Employees were going around cleaning the machines every 15 to 20 minutes even after customers cleaning them themselves. There are signs in between machines to promote social distancing.I was nervous to go back for the first time but it was great.

This place is a joke, this is the third time stopping by to get my boys signed up for the promo they have for students this summer and each time I need something different!1st time their brother brought them (who is 22) and was told has to be parent/guardian, that is understandable.2nd time I was told they needed an ID (inwhich one of them had their permit)3rd time I get an ID done and today I'm told oh we need a birth certificate!! I tell Juan and Melissa how each time I come here it's something different and in order to get an ID make you have to furnish a birth certificate. If the birth certificate was all I needed I could have saved the money I paid for the ID! It is ridiculous how they wont accept a government issued ID with picture but I can bring in a birth certificate that doesn't guarantee that it is that person! SMH

I’ve tried to cancel my membership 2 times already because I can’t afford it right now.. this has been going on a year and the wouldn’t let me cancel before and still took my annual membership fee out after over drafting my bank account several times.. tried to cancel again this past week and they say I owe $69 PLUS what they are about to take out for my annual fee for something I haven’t even used in a year and I’ve been pregnant the last 7 months and haven’t even thought about going. Told the lady I needed a manager which of course wasn’t there and she said she would have them call me and they haven’t. Now my bank account is about to be over drafted once again because they refuse to cancel my account and I don’t have the money to pay. I’ve never seen such poor customer service and I worked in customer service for 4 years. Money hungry is all Planet Fitness is. I’m sure they wouldn’t hurt missing my measly almost $100 they are trying to take from me but my family will..

I love planet fitness! I have a black card which entitles me to go to any planet fitness and the triad and surrounding areas. I travel throughout the triad and the gym is very important to me! The planet fitness in kernersville is clean the staff is friendly if I have questions I don't hesitate to ask and get answers! The machines are in good shape! Thank you planet fitness!

For a black card member, this is one of the nicest, friendliest planet fitness I've been to yet!Equipment is always clean, staff is helpful....including the personal trainers, and the locker rooms are well taken care of.Keep up the hard work! It's worth it!

I have enjoyed using this local franchise of Planet Fitness for over a year. Good selection of machines, seems well-kept up and cleaned regularly. The staff I have encountered have been friendly and have answered my questions and have pleasant expressions. It is nice to see the staff of all shapes and sizes which reflect the clientele. The "judgement-free" zone makes the gym less intimidating and it seems there is a variety of folks who work out here. Recently, the implementation of a free teen summer has allowed my two sons to come to the gym with me for free. I love this as it helps instill in them a respect for keeping themselves in shape and the fact that it is free is awesome because teenagers are expensive.

This location of Planet Fitness is super nice! It's been renovated in the last two years or so and it makes quite the difference. The layout is one of the best I've seen in a PF. By the way, I have the Black Card membership which allows me to travel to any location, well worth the money! When they remodeled this location, they upgraded the shower and dressing room areas. Not only does each shower stall have a dressing area and a shower area but there are dressing rooms like you would find in a nice clothing store with actual doors that lock and benches. The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions about where certain machines had been moved! The only downside is this location does not have built in hair dryers, a mild inconvenience!

My husband and I joined this gym in September of 2018. The staff has always been very personable and helpful. I have commented, and thanked them often, for the cleanliness of the facility. We still go on a regular basis, and have not had any bad experiences. We are fortunate that our schedule allows us to go when the place is not very crowded.
