Very clean and no judgment at all i so appreciate all the staff.

Day one back in the gym. Long overdue. You can't beat what you pay for health. $10 a month! Most of us pay $10 a day for lunch at work! Hope to hang in there this time, but overall already happy being back at PF.

Would rate this lower than a 0 if possible. Has been charging me for 3 years and will not return my money after we canceled this membership. Said they could not find my account. Then once found said... oh yeah, we can cancel it but can't return your money. We have not used our access card in since 2021. Incredibly unprofessional. Even lied to say they can't do a refund. I've had an account with another club and they did the refund just fine when they realized they screwed up. This is a "policy" enacted by an awful management/owner. Lived in Thomasville long before this club was placed here. I'd rater have the mattress store that was here previously back. Will be conacting posts and reaching out to the BBB

Very pleasant environment, clean and well managed. Staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Very unprofessional. Shuts down bathrooms while patrons are working out. So they can clean on their time instead of just part off the bathroom so customers can shower or use the toilet. Spoke to the manager and was told that that is their policy so that they don't have to work longer. How are we as paying customers with memberships supposed to use the shower and toilets if they shut down the bathroom during our time when we are finished working out. At least clean one stall at a time so we can wash up. Very unprofessional policy. Thomasville planet fitness is one of the worst facilities i have ever been a customer at... I spoke with the club manager and he told we are not going to change our ways of doing our jobs even know it interferes with our patrons.

Really clean and pleasant atmosphere.

It’s a nice, clean gym. My only complaint is that they always have the music turned off.

Been a member for years now of many gyms. Planet I use when I travel for work during summers. (5 years now) and this is the first time I’ve been told to leave for grunting, my girlfriend also stalked by a worker because she accidentally dropped a weight on a machine. So they walked around with her for 8-10 minutes to make sure she didn’t do it again. Ontop of this, this morning I’m told I’m not allowed to check in more 10 times or I have to pay more. I go 5-6 days a week , always have. Never had problems.

Clean, friendly staff, not overly crowded.
