Great place to workout. I love that it’s a judgement free zone and an overall great atmosphere! Anthony and Andrew always provide great service with a smile and always make me feel comfortable being there! Definitely recommended!

Place is always neat and clean, friendly atmosphere and I definitely love the hydro massage beds after a good workout. My husband loves the chairs… and above all is convenient for me since I live around and he corner. The only think I would like extended hours on the weekends due to I work from mon-fri and would love to just enjoy over the weekend without feeling rushed.

Bad experience because one employee that was working was not cleaning the bathrooms quickly & chose to give me a hard time by delaying the cleaning so I could not take a shower after working out. He wouldn't get things finished & made it a hassle for me to use the women's bathroom.
