I've been to a dozen Planet Fitness in NC and a few out... Today I met a Jacob that supplied me with devastating news that truly rubbed me the wrong way. Our conversation was very tame and respectful but he convinced me he needs more pay. I felt very sorry to understand how it was so hard to be nice to rude customers sometimes. I previously worked a job I could supply help to customers but Not here, only by the books.. He said his Manager Jennifer would be helpful but could Not supply a phone number and didn't tell me any time I could reach her. Please help Jacob with a raise, he admits he is underpaid. All in all a average planet fitness. Nobody else had any problems beside Jacob.

Good mass market gym. The equipment weight stacks are on the lighter side. If you need serious weight this isn't for you. If you want a place to go where you can get in a good workout for cardio or medium weights it's just fine. Not too crowded even with all the new year's resolutions.

I wish I could give less than 0 starts. This club is staffed by the incompetent. Nobody can do anything. They keep taking my money and refuse to cancel my membership because they are all unable to do anything. They are holding me hostage over $10. Their company policies are nothing short of robbery. Don't sign the agreement. They will find as many ways as possible to refuse your requests to cancel your membership. STAY AWAY!

Planet fitness is a great value for the money you pay, which comes out to about $200 per year for the basic membership. There are hidden fees so don't be fooled by the 10$ per month pitch. They will charge you a large fee once or twice a year of over $50 so make sure you read the fine print.Otherwise the facility is relatively clean. The staff are ok, nothing special or especially friendly about them. This is a fair gym at best. It could be better. Do your research and decide for yourself. Ask for a free week to decide before you lock in.

I have been a member of this Planet Fitness for over 10 years now. Even before they moved to their new location. I joined with my daughter who wanted to get into better shape before entering the military. The place is always clean, the equipment well maintained and the staff friendly. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to getting into better shape or just improve their overall health.

Was a member last winter had great experience so me and my husband came back this winter being summer over and we do the ymca with kids only in summer went in sat down guy seem helpful told me sign my email my name not long fill out top it off me and my husband had a laugh when we left cause guy seem to not talk much very awkward. The most we talked was about what brings us back laugh on us cause little did I know we just signed a 1yr contact no he did not say nothing about this even when I Sayed before we sat down when asked what brings u in and I clearly Sayed summer over kids in school we just need a gym for winter months not once did he say on well u no this is a yr not one mention of a contract laugh on us now I will never ever go back lesson learned

I have a black card membership but this is my favorite planet fitness to workout at because the staff have proven to be very helpful on several occasions related to my fitness goals especially the trainer Ariana who is an incredibly capable and knowledgeable fitness instructor who is clearly passionate about what she does.

Great place! Cleaner than Golds and cheaper. Staff is super nice and helpful. Trainer really knows her stuff and is always welcoming. Total thumbs up!

Yes, staff is friendly and facility very clean but in this day and age when even McDonald's has WiFi, this gym has been unable or unwilling to provide this essential service due to a "technical problem" really? They say it's Spectrums fault yet, I have Spectrum at home, there are customer service reps. and technicians ready and able to fix any problems within a few hours. This problem has been going on for weeks! If you sign up at this PF, you need to be willing to use your own data if you want to listen to your own music, or media.This is unacceptable, though I paid 99.00 in December 2017, I am switching to Gold's Gym.
