I joined three weeks ago and I really like the place. It's a little bit more expensive than planet fitness, but amenities offered make it a good deal.

Great place to exercise. Has a pool and spa as well. Machines well maintained on-site. Haven't used a trainer, but they seem patient and encouraging for all ages and abilities.

24 Hour Fitness is a good gym with good employees, fun cardio classes, and lots of good equipment as well! If you're a dancer like me there's a large room as well with good lighting and mirrors that you can practice in when there's no classes occupying it.

Honestly couldn't ask for a better commercial gymn. I'm a powerlifter who prefers a more serious gymn environment, but this particular 24 still has a great atmosphere for strength nerds. Solid equipment, everyone's chill, no a hole members, and they let you deadlift even though they don't have a platform for it which is low key a huge win in the commercial gymn world. And no one's gonna yell at you for using chalk if you're not going crazy and keeping it on the side of the gymn with barbells. I've been to other 24's even some out of state and this is by far the best one I've trained at.

Very disappointed that the kids club is full so often. Most times when I come here I have to wait 30 minutes or more to get in, and the staff acts like “this never happens”.The gym should need to give members credit back for both their kids club fees and their gym fees when you can’t get in. Then maybeBe they would fix their staffing.Parents, find another gym. After 13 years of membership looks like I will have to find another alternativey

This is an ok gym. My reasons for giving it 3 stars and not five are because of these points:•housekeeping- this is a gym that frequently has plates lying by machines and not racked. This is partly because the people this particular gym attracts are a bit unkempt themselves, and also because the people working there don't maintain this aspect of the gym. It's a two fold issue.•people using multiple machines as if this were their personal home gym like no one else exists is a huge issue. Again, this particular gym attracts people that commit a huge gym foul, which is hogging multiple machines all at the same time selfishly making these machines unavailable to other paying customers. Common sense, common courtesy gym etiquette is to use one machine or piece of work out equipment at a time. Instead people here show an inconsiderate sense of self entitlement by leaving their things on multiple pieces of equipment for their own circuit training. This is true of anyone from older women to men in their twenties. It would be nice if the gym staff and management had something in place to fix this such as having signs saying use one machine at a time and also making it clear to members upon signing up with this establishment that this is not acceptable behavior.Other than those issues this gym is ok. I noted these issues because I've been to other 24's and other gym and these weren't issues there or weren't as bad.The gym staff is nice and polite. No issues there. This is a lower tier 24hr fitness so there are no complementary towels.

I set up a membership here a few months ago and was told by the person who was setting my membership up that you pay for the first and last month and that if you cancel there is no additional charge so long as you cancel before your due date. I cancelled about a week ago because my school has a free gym, and everything seemed to be going fine. Then I looked at my bank account about a week later to see that they charged me again after I had cancelled my account. I called 24 hour fitness to see what was going on and they said that they would refund me that money in about 20 days. The person on the phone told me that I cancelled too close to my payment date and that that was why more money was taken out, but nobody had informed me about that possibility prior to signing up or during cancellation.
