Mind you this is 5am when the gym opens not mid day or evening....Oh and 1 more thing it's not 24 Hours but will be charged the same Price as if you were able to go 24 hours.

Dirty, old broken equipment the only highlight of this gym was it used to be convenient because it was 24hrs now it's 10pm half the time. Ppl are paying full price for your membership Open back up to 24hrs it's embarrassing for you guys to have 24 in the name and close at 8pm on weekends.

Do not sign up here. They double charged me for my first month stating i signed up an additional membership under my exact same name and refuse to refund the charge. 24 hour fitness is a dying company that is resorting to double charging clients for the same membership.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer servicer with this gym/cooperation is one the of the worst I have ever experienced. I canceled my membership a year ago but was charged for another year this month. When calling to try and fix the situation and see what was going on I was pushed off, told a manager would call me....they never did. I had to then reach back out to see how to fix this just to be told the manager is the only one that can do it and will call me the next day.The next day rolls around I call at 9 to talk to the manager....a reasonable time for a manager to be their business. Nope they do not come in till 11. I asked that I have a call back right around 11 as I too work and have meetings throughout my day. 11:15 rolls around I get a generic email from 24 hour saying my cancelation has been processed. I call the gym again to talk to the manager, but was told they are in a meeting and will call me right back. Another hour goes by and I get another email saying my refund is being issued yet no call from the manager. I call back again to talk to the manager as a basic human right to discuss my concerns of the account and verify a few things. But was told again they are in a meeting and they have already issued the order. I was told they would call me.At this point I am so upset over the way "management" is treating me a person who had a problem with their establishment. The complacency, inconsiderate, rude and disrespectful mentality is sometimes have never experienced from an organization.Let alone the front desk workers are left to be the middle man between a lazy manager and a customer or has a problem. This is completely wrong. When trying to hold them accountable for the situation....there is no way to do so. There is no number to call cooperate or a director or even customer service.Overall I am so overwhelmed with the inconsiderate attitude that this gym/manager has. Be advised don't go to this gym find another one that will treat you better should you have a complaint or problem with their service.

I don’t write reviews but when I do it’s because someone has gone above and beyond expectations. Denise has done more then just provide nice and genuine service but a serious help. Please 24 hour fitness give this girl at least a raise or something because it’s more then just worth the investment.

Firstly, how are you going to have a gym with the name 24 hour fitness and only be open until 10pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends?? It's super frustrating because it's always packed and constantly have to wait for equipment.Which brings up the next problem 85% of the equipment is garbage. It's either in poor condition, broken, or such a weird machine that nobody uses. There are so many pieces of equipment that I never see people use and I have been in the gym at many different times. So instead of getting new gym equipment they decide to redo their basketball court which I've heard people say isn't even that good.I understand replacing equipment is expensive but at least be open 24 hours so we can use the poor quality equipment. If you guys can't do either of these things then just close this gym down because that's just ridiculous.
