Crunch Fitness - Aloha

Aloha Crunch is a great place to work out and honestly one of my favorite places to be. I have been going to this gym since the day it opened. I have participated in all type of workout classes like Zumba, Bootcamp, and weight classes. All of them are excellent, and more specifically, the Zumba classes are instructed by some of the best and energetic instructors in the area. I hope the gym continues to provide great work out classes like Zumba and maintain the same instructors that have been leading theses classes.

Hello, I have been a member of crunch since 2017, almost when it opened. And I'm really not fun to put reviews. but this deserves We had a Halloween Zumba class a week ago and the class was packed. It's amazing how the instructors have fans and they love them for their good work. (Virgilio, Leah, zumba instructors) And I'm sure your other zumba instructors are great. Because Crunch has Zumba classes every day! Other classes Kaelyn, Yessica Lamberger are so great for weight workouts and pound class.🥰 The point is that ventilation is needed, because the floor really gets very wet and not much air gets through. Today the same thing happened again. I think it is very dangerous for everyone and more so for older people. Please consider doing something because it has been told to the front desk, the manager and even the owner himself. And everything remains the same. They only brought us a small fan, to be able to close the door really!!! We don't want anyone to get angry and yell in the middle of class because we have loud music. I say it's Zumba class that I expected! I love coming to this gym. I have met many people and I think we have created a great family. 🥰 But we need to be heard!!!! For the instructors they have 100% my 5 stars but for the crunch 3. Sorry!I would like to share some pictures but Idon't know why don't let me.

Have been a member for almost a year. Joined for the variety of classes, particularly Zumba. The Zumba instructors are all AMAZING and deserve 5+ stars for all their energy and providing an inclusive dancing environment for any dance level. Huge shout out to Veronica, Leah, Jessica, Selina and Virgilio, you all are amazing!However, knocking down stars for the facility and management. The studio is a great space but has absolutely no airflow which gets hot very quickly. This has been mentioned to management numerous times and after reassurance this will be fixed, proper airflow is not possible without the studio door being open.Due to other members complaints about the music, management made it clear the door has to stay closed. In Saturday’s session, the class was packed (like any typical Saturday) and the studio windows became steamy (see pictures) and the floors slippery due to the humidity because of the closed door.If you plan to be a member, I would recommend reviewing the class schedule on the Crunch app. Be prepared that you may hear some lively music for the one hour of Zumba a day. If the music bothers you and headphones/ear buds are not an option for you, you may want to avoid the gym for that one hour.It is unfortunate that management is prioritizing the preference of some members over the safety of other members.

I’ve signed up with aloha crunch when it first had opened due to the wonderful Zumba instructors that I had follow. With these wonderful instructors who had made it very comfortable for everyone to attend their class. All students were once stranger and we all become friends in the class! I hope we can still have a fun and enjoyable atmosphere with these wonderful instructors!

We've been going to this gym for about a year. The staff is friendly and the machines are great. But if there is an aerobics class going on, the music can get so loud you can't hear someone talking to you. It's especially noisy on Saturday morning. We talked to the staff and it got better for a couple of days but this Saturday it was really loud. So we left. Several other members remarked that they disliked the noise. It's a real shame as we enjoyed this gym a lot but that noise drove us to cancel our membership. I wish it could have been remedied. A few other members have chosen to leave as well. Im sorry the staff wouldn't fix this. All they had to do was turn the music down or shut the door. So we moved to a quieter gym.

No complaints, I like that they have 10 stair machines VS the 6 at LA Fitness.

Everyone seems very friendly. It would be WAY better to have someone walk around the gym with new members to make sure they know where everything is and provide the opportunity to ask questions about equipment.

I keep getting billing statements and harassed for payment but when I reach out to try and clear the matter up, no one in the company is available or responding to my requests for help. I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel as though I have no choice in hopes of connecting with someone at the company who can help me.

Joined them from LA fitness. The price is good and have a lot equipments. I found the staff as very helpful and appreciative. They also have the cleaning supplies all over the gym (important with the Covid19).

Great gym with friendly staff! Has a welcoming environment and all the equipment that I need. Just wished it stayed open longer on the weekends :(
