Crunch Fitness - Aloha

Since joining Crunch last month, I've had such a great experience so far and mainly thanks to Taylor. He is always so helpful and genuinely posses the drive to ensure top customer service is delivered. I've been to many gyms and the front desk is always a revolving door of new employees. Seeing the same faces at the front desk here at Crunch gives a sense of comfort and a welcoming environment. Thanks Taylor for always being so awesome!

This gym has a lot to offer for a great price! I have been looking for a gym that had the TRX, group fitness classes, and more than two squat racks. Everyone is very friendly!

I think the place is greatly husband and I enrolled early this year and were unable to take advantage of their great facility. But with COVID and having 2 small children at home decided to cancel, and a few days later got a 6 different charges on our card and have not been able to get a refund.

Clean and functional gym. The trainers, Derrick in particular, are amazing!! I have received top notch training for about 3 years with Derrick! He is the bees knees! I always look forward to seeing him and what he had in store for me!!

I’ve always found crunch to feel like home. They welcome everyone and they are always so easy to talk to and they really do care about helping there clients I’ve seen the staff jump in to help with form multiple times to make sure people don’t get hurt. It’s a great atmosphere and they are good at what they do.

This Crunch Gym is clean and easy to navigate. Personal training sessions with Sarah are a fun and challenging experience. Definitely worth it!

Pay no attention to the opening times posted. The place will open when they feel like it. This is not the first time that I sat in the parking lot for over a half of an hour after posted opening. Myself and the others I sat with would like a more professional standard when our payments are pulled when we agree for them to be.

Crunch Gym Aloha is very well maintained, has a great team of trainers, staff and services. In a great location, I love going back to Crunch every couple days getting myself back up to my goal weight.

Awesome gym! The personal trainers are great and they truly care about helping people. My training sessions with Kaylee were fantastic; she taught me a ton and made it fun :)

Update: Mask enforcement has been addressed from what I have seen. If you refuse to wear a mask properly during gym time then a work out isn't going to fix what is going on in your head.I am glad that they are open now. I felt safe until the writing of this review. I am noticing more customers wearing their mask on their chin. Two on Wednesday. One in the group class and one on a bike. Customers are not social distancing as before. I know this is difficult when the gym gets crowded but I am noticing the employees just ignoring it. Please make working out safe for those of us who care.
