I signed up with the Aloha Crunch location recently, and I am very impressed. The GM, Erick emailed the next day to welcome me to the gym, and personally greeted me on my first visit. Sarah is my personal trainer, and is amazing! She is knowledgeable and pushes me to keep going. I'm confident that I will get to my healthiest self with encouragment from the people at this gym.

Birthday gift: The free personal training session was a waste of time!A few day ago, I received a message that Crunch Fitness would like to offer me a free personal training session as a birthday gift. I booked an appointment and went there. The trainer asked me my workout goals and what I needed help with. I told her my goals and that I would like her to show me the right equipment to use and how to use them effectively. She said that she will help me. After that she asked me to do a few exercises to see what I need to focus on. After that she gave me the list of personal training pricing and told me that I need to choose a plan and pay before helping me! So, which free personal training gift did I get? It was a waste of time. Other than that, the gym is good.

I joined crunch a couple of months ago. It's been a very positive experience I like that they have most of the major weight equipment from free weights to machine weight. To work out on their personal trainers and different areas for you to work out. And you really can't beat it for the price I've worked out most of my life and I'm satisfied with my choice.

Crunch Aloha is a quality gym! Clean and well maintained, friendly staff, and affordable pricing. I highly recommend personal training with Sage, he is super knowledgeable and tailors workouts to your needs instead of trying to fit everyone into a “program”. Overall this is a great facility.

I'm a new member, but I really like the gym. So far the staff is easy to communicate with, and they're very professional. The gym is clean and it's comforting to see staff regularly sanitizing equipment. It's been nice working out here :D

Great facility with plenty of parking and a friendly staff. Obviously, 2020 has been a dynamic year with plenty of unanticipated challenges (pandemic, wildfire smoke, etc.). Despite it all, the staff at Crunch Aloha has done their best to keep their members healthy and safe. The facility is always clean and well maintained. My experience with their training staff (specifically Derrick) has also been great. His patience and professionalism is second to none. Highly recommended.

Crunch Fitness Aloha is a great gym. It's clean and the staff are always helpful. If you're looking for a gym, I'd recommend Crunch Fitness Aloha!Big shout out to my personal trainer Sage! He's very observant, helps me stay safe, builds workouts around me, and even adapts on the fly if something isn't working. If scheduling needs adjusting, he's always flexible and makes it easy to move a session.Sage, thank you for all of the love and attention you put into my fitness program!

It’s a good/clean gym overall and I have been to this gym since it opened, but they’re slowly lacking in maintaining some of their equipment recently. Some of the clips for the squat racks and bench presses are getting old and at times, there isn’t enough to go around. They should at least have some extras and look at their equipment from time to time to see if any issues need to be address

The equipment is well maintained. Facilities are very clean. The environment is warm and welcoming. Bring headphones because the music is radio music. But overall as a whole the gym is a good gym. Plenty of beautiful women too if that’s what motivates you.

Today I had an unpleasant experience with one of the trainor. I was going to use a pair of kettlebell and this trainor forbid me to use it because he is reserving all the kettlebells (around 20 pairs) to his client. But at the moment he only have 1 client. I was thinking that maybe all the kettlebells in that corner are really reserved to those who are paying extra for personal trainor, but still I think there is a kinder way to explain that to other customers. If the kettlebells are only for clients with personal trainors they should put a sign or at least say it nicely to other clients
