The staff are very friendly, and welcome you each time you visit. The machines are all in great shape, and there are enough that you can always find something to do while you wait for a particular one. Trainers are good listeners to what your goals are, and work on those with you.

I think for 20$ a month its an ok deal. Mostly clean and they seem to take corona seriously which is nice. Good selection of new equipment. No complaints other than the 10$/month plan has a year contract, so just something to keep in mind

The one on one kick off session with a personal trainer was great. Stevie was awesome, she really listened and took her time to understand what my goals were as well as what barriers had been keeping me from achieving them in the past. With that she helped me develop a plan going forward that was realistic and more likely to get the outcome I wanted. I’m really looking forward to working with Stevie I. The following months.

I got a call from Crunch Gym and was told my account was past due. I didn't even realize I still had an account there. They had been unable to process my payment because my debit card number had changed. I told the woman I had not been to Crunch Gym in over a year, that I didn't even live near a location anymore -- and I didn't feel I should have to pay for two more months. She said I wouldn't have to, but that I would have to go into one of the locations to close the account. I went to the location that was closest to me, and was told I had to go to the one I belonged to. It was 45 minutes from where I live now. When I got there, I was told I could not close my account unless I paid the past due amount. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the same thing. Not very happy with Crunch Gym!

I started my first gym experience at the end of last year with a goal in mind. Jarred has worked with me in a fun and educational manner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get started on making the gym part of their weekly routine.

Been attending this gym for 2 years and it has steadily gone down hill. No consistent staff, there are always broken machines or missing equipment, the staff do nothing to monitor the floor or clean. There are signs up that say "NO bags on the gym floor." Yet, there are bags on the gym floor every day. They don't stay on top of members cleaning equipment after use and they are often short on paper towels and spray to clean the equipment. Other members monopolize equipment and again, the staff stay behind the desk on their phones and do nothing. I wouldn't join again if I knew this was how they ran their gym.

SEE UPDATE AT THE END OF THIS REVIEWWell maintained with plenty of equipment. I'm glad this club moved into the neighborhood. I'm very pleased with how clean its kept. I was a former Planet Fitness member but much prefer this gym for all the equipment, classes, atmosphere and location in proximity to me. The reason I've given it four stars instead of five are several. The tanning booths are tiny. If you're claustrophobic, forget using them as they are about the size of a coat closet. The other big issue for me, showering after my workout. The shower handles do not stay stable to hold your set water temperature. They drift on their own and something must be wrong with the valves internally to allow for this. Also the water temperature at times is way too cold and never warms up. I'm not sure if the water heater is undersized to handle peak use or what's going on but it needs to be fixed. It really seems to be hit and miss on how warm or cold the water is going to be. That really is the biggest drawback and only complaint other than the tanning both size I can point out. Update 11/17/2019 Maintenance is still a really unfortunate issue. One shower in the men's locker room isn't functional at all. The other has very serious issues with the handle drifting so it won't hold water temperature, in essence making it useless. So out of three stalls that aren't designated for handicapped use ONLY ONE works! I've reported this numerous times to the front desk and still a MAJOR issue that goes without being repaired. Cleanliness has also become more of an issue on the gym floor. I no longer think it's being cleaned like it once was. I use to see cleaning personnel on the floor frequently during open hours, that's no longer the case. Full garbage cans, water bottles and debris on the floor. Empty paper towel dispenser for cleaning equipment and leaking spray bottles that dispense sanitizer for equipment. The little attention to details that make a BIG difference seem to not matter to staff and management. I've dropped my rating from 4 stars to three until all these issues are addressed.

This would get 5 stars if there was better monitoring/enforcing of masks and the wiping down of equipment. To be clear, I have no problem with masks coming off during the workout, however, I have left the Aloha location mid-workout twice now because dudes aren't wearing masks AT ALL as they peacock around the gym and, to no one's surprise, they also aren't wiping down ANY of the equipment they touch before or after they use it. Just left early again today because this happened and unfortunately this dude wasn't asked to wear a mask as he walked out the door either-which is a clearly posted rule, as are the use of masks when walking to different equipment and the wiping down of equipment. There are a lot of rules, which is to be expected, but please work on enforcing those rules for everyone's safety. Feeling conflicted about a membership at this point.

Although I have loved going to this location I recently requested to cancel my membership online and over the phone because I wanted to avoid going in with COVID right now. After no responses, I caved and drove to the actual location in order to cancel it and was told the computers were down. Never received a follow up call from the manager as promised to work it out and be refunded. I was charged the $50 annual fee 3 weeks after requesting to cancel my membership. Truly displeased with the lack of communication and being charged for something out of my control. It’s extremely frustrating and downright unprofessional.

I have been with Crunch Aloha for 1.5 years now and it has been a fun safe environment. The trainers are patient and always meet you with a smile. Goal achieved are recognized and it feels like a second family. If you are just learning this is a great gym! I attend several classes a week as well and always really enjoy myself.
