I have asked many time to close my account and they have not! I no longer live in the town it was opened in and can not go in and do what they asked it is clean my acct has not bean used for well over 3 years yet they keep charging me and getting paid. Rip off don't use them.

Okay, lots of maskholes not covering their noses/taking it off completely or wearing completely mesh masks. Facilities are generally clean and staff is friendly.

The fitness center is maintained and cleaned very well. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a great place to work out.

I haven't used the gym in over a year and I was being billed every month. No notifications or any calls. I went to sign up and I had a bill of over 250 dollars. They will charge you monthly regardless if you don't pay. Shady, evil, liars and crooked business. Planet fitness has a few class action lawsuits against them, I'm sure I could find one here.

They sign you up for 24/7, and it says 24/7 all over the front of the facility, but they take liberty it setting whatever arbitrary hours they want and closing as early as 7pm. They can hide behind “low staffing” like every other business these days but we all know that they all closing early to save on staff salaries and are padding their annual income statement. So tired of businesses overly profiting on consumers because of this “pandemic” and it needs to stop.

Staff is always helpful and friendly!!! My son enjoys going with me as well.

New to this gym but so far have only had good experiences. Longer hours on the weekend would be nice especially for shift workers. Staff is super friendly :)

Shady business practice, but in this day and age, I'm not surprise. Admittedly, I was only a member for a few months, ended up moving out of the area. Cannot cancel over the phone or on the internet (which, in and of itself is completely bogus in 2021), so I sent a USPS tracked letter, which arrived (per USPS) on November 6, with instruction to cancel membership effective immediately. Conveniently, the membership was not cancelled until November 17, the same day I was billed for an additional month. I called and was told the cancellation needed to be processed before November 10...I asked why it took from November 6 to November 17 to process the cancellation...crickets! No response, of course. We all know why it took 10 days to cancel...so they can collect another monthly fee. Shady. Must be my fault though, since what does one expect from Planet Fitness? SMH.

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Its very clean and they are constantly sticking the sanitizer and paper towels. I used to be very nervous and self conscious about going to the gym and using the equipment, so I started booking sessions with the trainer, Daniela. She is amazing and I highly reccomend booking a session with her!

As always, the staff is super-friendly, the place is really clean, the machines and weights that I use are in great condition! I just wish there was another water unit. Why is there only one?
