Went to IHF for years and loved the gym, equipment and the atmosphere. Mark, Tina and all the trainers there are amazing, respectful and very welcoming. The only bad part about IHF is that it has set an unreasonable expectation and standards for every other gym I have been too. I have been to dozens of gyms across the entire US and nothing comes remotely close to IHF and nothing ever will. This gym is the gold standard by which every gym should operate by

Iron hawaiian fitness is the best ever. When you come to this gym, it's an endless amount of dedication, motivation and warrior toughness! People come in to work hard physically and learn mentally how to take care of your body . May God bless this place in Oahu. If you haven't came to this place ,look it up and check it . It's definitely worth it. May God bless this placeP.s. To people who disrespect this gym for reason you can or can't control : IHF isn't a place where you smash items like mario bros, not putting weights back or run it like it's your house. It's a place of respect and determination. So maybe next time think about that how you would want your future gym to be treated before doing it to anybody else gym!

Gym has adequate equipment and members where fine, owner stands in front of the gym and knit picks every little part of your training and enforces arbitrary rules that aren’t posted or discussed prior to payment or even working out. They are not regular gym rules either I have lifted at various bodybuilding gyms for 10 years and have never heard of any of them. Add context - bumper plates were being used and over 315 was being gang cleaned (it’s not going to be quiet.) and I don’t see a problem with using weights from another part of the gym, I prefer round plates not hex. The owners response proves he’s a jack wagon…

A Hidden Gem for Fitness Enthusiasts⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Iron Hawaiian Fitness is an absolute treasure for fitness enthusiasts like myself. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew I had stumbled upon something special, it is unique and definitely a breathe of fresh air compared to the standard cookie cutter gyms. The gym culture at Iron Hawaiian Fitness is simply fantastic. It's an independent gym that truly values its members and prioritizes their needs above all else. I was made to feel extremely welcome when I visited whilst on vacation and the members were super helpful and friendly which comes down to a great culture within the facility. They go above and beyond to make you feel like part of a fitness family even though I was only their a short time and my visit has left an amazing impression and can't wait to return. The equipment at Iron Hawaiian Fitness is nothing short of amazing also, it was right up my alley with the old school, grunge bodybuilding style, it just hits differently, such a cool environment and felt like my gym back home.During my visit, I had one of the best workouts I've ever had. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Can't recommend this gym enough, your just going to have to try it out for yourself.

$20 for a day pass and this gym is by far the best gym on Oahu. Equipment is clean and all weights are racked appropriately. Ice cold water available via a machine. Was not at all busy while I was there. Worth going out of your way if you want a solid gym experience

Me and my sister came to Oahu on vacation, and since we’re both avid gym goers, we looked for a gym to go to for the week. We stumbled upon Iron Hawaiian Fitness through a simple google search and I truly can’t recommend another gym on Oahu. The owner Marc is a stand up guy, very respectful, and really shows that he cares about his gym and the people that workout there. Although it’s not the biggest gym, the equipment there is high level and Marc uses his limited space efficiently therefore I didn’t have one complaint. If you’re looking for a old school vibe, and tight-knit type of gym, this is the place to go. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.
