Caitlin is the best! I would recommend her to anyone who really cares about achieving their fitness goals—especially when it comes to lifting with proper form and getting a personalized program that is pushes you to grow but doesn’t lead to burnout.She is encouraging, fun to work with knowledgeable, and and best of all walks the talk. By far the best personal trainer I’ve ever gotten to work with.Also,I came into boxing with 0 experience and felt nervous about my inexperience. Elvin was always encouraging, caring and a pleasure to work with. He taught me so much about boxing and helped me to increase my fitness! I’m really grateful I got to learn from him.

Another Sunday morning and no one is here to open the gym! There is a group of 10 customers waiting outside. The gym opens at six. This seems to be a common trend here. I checked their social media page and nothing is saying they are not opening on time. The security said they should have been here at 5:30. What a joke!

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk most of the time to find out if classes are taking place. Then arrive at the gym and classes have been cancelled.

It’s a Cardio Gym. They have about 50+ walking/running machines, there’s plenty of beach to get in your cardio. Been to one that had a balance in Cardio and Weight machines, especially leg machines.

Mask mandate not enforced. Most people have their masks around their chin and the staff does nothing.

Love the open concept of this gym... never feels crowded in the mornings when I go. Pretty good machine selection in addition to free weights.
