I love this facility. Front desk is always kind and willing to explain any confusion. The indoor pools do close on occasion but that is merely for upkeep and the swimmers safety. When they are closed, they’ve had the other pool open. Women’s locker room is clean.

This place will give you the motivation you need to get to the gym- which getting there is the biggest part of the battle for me! The classes & app are user-friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful and their kid’s program is not a daycare- it’s an actual program that lines up with adult classes! We love our new gym home ❤️

Everything has been going downhill. The other day I found vomit all over one of the stair climbers. The food at the cafe is old and stale, equipment is very worn and old. Several of the treadmills sound like they are missing some screws and feel horrible when you walk on them. I am constantly having to change treadmills to find one that works. On top of everything, this gym has now become a teenage hang out spot. They are very loud and disruptive and mistreat the equipment.

It used to be one of my favorite places to go and spend some quality time doing exercise but then, I realized they provided me wrong information when I signed up. Two staff members “sold” me the option to add up to 4 friends on my membership (including my wife and I), and then whenever I brought my 2 friends and do all the registration part, a staff member was pretty rude denying the access to these additional friends (I understood the rules of course) but the way they treated at us in front of our friend made us feel really uncomfortable. Of course they preferred looking for another better option, and my wife and I too.

Spent more than enough time trying to resolve a billing issue. After being told that it would be handled by various people, I'm still left with an unresolved issue almost 5 months later.Update and back-story. I was deployed and on orders most of 2020. So, I requested a pause/suspension for Military service. I got charged a bit over $600 during my time gone and only got a portion back. After speaking to Micheal(manager) various times and repeating my story, various times, I got nowhere. Even reached out to the GM and nothing. The only reason I got a bit back was because I went through my bank. The issue took almost a year to resolve.Members pay an outrageous fee to attend a crowded gym then also deal with terrible customer service.

Always clean, Kayla in the Spa is an excellent massage therapist. Membership is not inexpensive. Though the weight room is large there are too many amateurs who sit & sit & sit on 1 piece of eqpt and scroll their phones. Few re-rack their wts so you don't always know if a station is occupied. Mgmt has no signs(no inclination to add any) thus no way to educate 'chuckleheads' so you have to bear with it. Lots of treadmills /bikes/etc so cardio is no problem. Outdoor pool access is a pain for 'full boat' members (hoops to jump thru to keep non-pool members out), hopefully that will be streamlined this Summer. 4 stars for cleanliness and 1 or 2 sharp staff members + space.

I love doing hot yoga at Lifetime. My complaint is about the kids center. My son went to one of the parent night out events and had a very bad experience due to how an employee handled a situation. He now doesn't want to go back. When you drop your kids off, you want to feel like they are safe and if they get hurt that the workers will handle it properly. I spoke immediately to the person in charge of kids care the following week in person when she was there. I was told that she would speak to her boss about what happened, watch the video, and I would receive a call to let me know the situation had been handled. In that moment I felt like everything was ok and it was a one off, bad moment for the enployee that would be rectified. However, I never received that call back and considering my issue was something that happened with my child I expected to receive the call. That was over three weeks ago. I wanted to give them enough time to handle it and call me back, but they never did.

The gym itself is great, being that its close to my office is a great convience. I love the equipment & everytime I've been in the men's lockeroom it's been clean & tended to regularly. What I don't like is the staff seems a bit clique'y & mean girl like. Also, when I first went to sign up (corporate membership) I got a lot of misinformation from a few different staff members, almost as if the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing & all I wanted to do was workout. So after getting the run around for about 20 mins, it was finally cleared up, but still I was annoyed at the lack of knowledge for some of the staff. Essentially, I like the gyms equipment & the location, but could do without the snobby attitude of the staff.

I’ll speak mainly to the Kids Academy, as we utilize it on almost a daily basis. Over the past six months, we’ve seen a complete 180 in this area. A new manager was brought in, and she has done a phenomenal job incorporating structure and high standards to the entire program (camps and parents night out included). The staff is attentive and caring and all know our kids names- both our kids love going there. It’s nice to be able to work out and not have to worry about rushing back, because I know the kids are enjoying their time too.
