Been going for a few months now. Great atmosphere and friendly group. That allows you to push yourself no matter your level of fitness/skill. Very good for beginners with no experience.

I’ve been at Alliance for about a year now. The staff and instructors are very friendly. The team is great, and I have built friendships through training. There is tons of mat space and a wide selection of class times to fit into your schedule. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Alliance. From the instructors to the facility. Its a high quality academy from top to bottom. They foster an amazing, inclusive, positive learning environment which creates a wonderful experience for everyone involved. Alliance is a very well established Jiu Jitsu gym, I have been training with them for over a year now and I wouldn’t change it for anything. The coaches are well prepared and very knowledgeable and the community is caring and welcoming, there are classes for all types of schedules and levels and they really go that extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable and motivated on your bjj journey. I would 100% recommend it to anybody both experienced looking for a new place or trying to start a new life changing activity!

I’ve been training at Alliance BJJ Houston for about 2.5 years. We have a great gym culture and family atmosphere! Staff is very knowledgeable and classes are offered at various times throughout the day to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Highly recommend!!!

I have been participating in Muay Thai for almost a whole year now and this expierience with this team has been the most positive life changer for me. I went from 275 pounds down to 245 and I’m still dropping weight. I couldn’t be more thankful and more grateful for their work and commitment to the community. The coaches are amazing! The camaraderie and sportsmanship is the best in the game. The facility is very well put together and the perks are awesome. I suggest very highly that you try this out, you won’t regret it!

Danny and his staff at Alliance provide an excellent environment conducive to growth in all areas of life. The facility is new and well maintained on a regular basis with plenty of classes to choose from. Signing up and becoming a member of this team was one of the best decisions I've ever made and I'm so grateful to have met so many amazing individuals during my time there.

This month marks 2 years since I started training at Alliance BJJ. This is my go-to spot to work out, destress and unwind. The environment is welcoming from the moment I walk in and comfortable to the minute I walk out. The staff members are friendly and always available to answer any questions.This academy has GREAT professors and instructors who are passionate about teaching martial arts. I trust learning from their experience and expertise. I love that they prioritize safety and work patiently with their students, especially beginners. They never forget to motivate and encourage us. It keeps me wanting to go back and train harder. Best of all is the friendships that I’ve made with the team members. Alliance BJJ Houston has been a much needed reset in my life. Prior to joining, I did my research and learned that this place 100% the best place to train in town.Not many places have a 6am class, but this place does at least 3 times a week! It’s also a WeDefy Foundation approved facility which is a big deal for the veteran community.I’ve been able with a small group of likeminded warriors that train with me at 6am. This was something I was missing since leaving the army over a decade ago. Thus far, I’ve learned the following during my BJJ journey:It forced me to recognize deficiencies not only on the mat but also in my persona. Things I did not know that had become part of me and I did not like. Thus, I am actively striving to significantly improve in those areas of my life (and the mats).The coaches at Alliance BJJ Houston care about each and every individual — from the youngest person to the oldest. Whatever your goals are, they will help you succeed and work with you anyway possible. It’s more than a gym membership…it’s a family & support system.

Alliance has an outstanding BJJ program. The instruction is excellent. The facilities are first rate and the staff is organized and helpful. There are a ton of class times, so there are slots for just about any schedule. This is a great gym whether you are a hobbyist or a serious competitor. I highly recommend!
